Brilliant day out, behind the scene tour very informative, this was a Christmas pressy for my son and he loved every minute of it. As there were only 8 people we all got to ask questions, see and touch various items. The guide was extremely helpful and pleasant. Was very busy but with a little bit of patience was able to get to see everything in the aquarium.
The behind the scenes tour was great. My kids and I learned a lot! I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the aquarium.
Loved every minute of it, the back of scene tour was fantastic and the young lady who took the tour was brilient, would highly recommend it for all ages.

This Aquarium was really good and there is lots to see. We did the behind the scenes tour and it lasted about 45 mins. It shows you some baby fish and sick fish and other different things. It just explains what goes on behind the scenes with feeding and taking care of the fish etc and you can ask questions. My son who was 10 really enjoyed it.
very colorful and various underwater scenes on displays. it was a Saturday afternoon and the crowd was OK 1-2 min max wait for the busy sports. you also get the chance to touch a few things.
behind the scene is a educational guided tour in their lab to see how they feed/take care of the animals.
bear in mind while taking photos of the aquarium on its own look amazing, including a face of yourself in front of the aquarium can be difficult due to the lighting. you are not allowed to use the flash on your camera, and even if you do, you then get your face visible but the aquarium behind doesnt look as amazing.
This behind the scenes tour was great! Our tour guide, Lukas, was very informative and so excited about what he was talking about it. Our family loves aquatic life and we keep our own saltwater and freshwater fish tanks, so this was so much fun for us. Our 8 year old daughter loved it. The tour was just long enough for a child and Lukas kept things interesting and kept us all engaged. Definitely recommend it.
