This was a long wonderful day.. we started out from the coach station and headed to Windsor Castle.. we were lucky to be the first tour there so getting in was fast.. there was plenty of time to walk through most of the castle but could have easily spent another hour there and that not including the little town around... we then went off to the Stonehenge which was the perfect length of time.. time to get out and see the site plus a little time to peruse the gift shop... then off to the lunch in Lacock. Food was decent for a tour.. not sure if I would say lunch at 1500 but we were told earlier on so able to stage snacks to not get hangry. I had a nice time seeing off the beaten path sites in Bath but heard that many folks loved the actual bath..
Our Tour guide Larry was amazing. He was not only funny but extremely knowledgeable about the details of just about every town we went through. The sights were fantastic. Amazing tour.
This was a great tour. We definitely packed a lot into the day. Great tour guide Dominic and driver David. Thank you both!
Denisa was our tour guide and Christian was our driver. Denisa was so knowledgeable with history of the area and shared so much with us! Christian is a safe driver! Lots packed into one day and very worth it! A good way to see 3 amazing places in England if you have limited time.
Tour was a great way to see the sites outside London in an organized and timely fashion. Our tour guide Lucy and driver, Clive, were WONDERFUL. Highly suggest this tour!!!
If you have just one day to spend outside of London, this is definitely the tour you should do. A lot if time spent on a coach, but well worth it. A great combination ancient, Roman, Medieval and Victorian history in one day. Our guide was a Historian, and she made the time in the bus fly by with fascinating facts and legends of English history. She also did an amazing job of herding the cats and getting us to every stop on time, so we had plenty of time to explore. Lacock is lovely...especially if your a Harry Potter fan. We fell in love with Bath. Had we known, we would have booked less time in London and spent a few days exploring this incredible town. Highly recommended.
On time!!!! This tour is extremely timely, the tour I was on left a couple behind at Stonehenge when they didn't arrive back to the bus on time. This tour is full of history and one of the best views of a lifetime. A total bonus is Lacock where they filmed some of the Harry Potter movies.
This tour was a lovely day to spend the day. I'm afraid I can't remember the guide and the driver's name because it's been 2 months since the tour, but they were both great. I loved Bath so much that I came back there 2 weeks ago.
Had a great time on this trip! My only complaint was that I didn’t dress appropriately for the weather. It was warm in London, but freezing at the sites. Windsor Castle was wayyyy too fast, but our tour guide told us exactly that. It was a very long day, but again, we knew this ahead of time.
This was an excellent tour! It is a jam-packed FULL day of exploring, so prepare yourself accordingly. We went right after Christmas and it was cold - around freezing. Bring layers and weather proof clothing! We stood outside in the rain for about 30 minutes waiting for Windsor Castle to open, which was fine because we were dressed appropriately with rain jackets and layers, but many others were very cold. And it is quite windy there as well. Windsor Castle is amazing and St. George's Chapel is well worth it to walk through - a beautiful church where Prince Henry is getting married! Driving through the small villages on the way through Salisbury Plain to Stonehenge was beautiful. And Stonehenge was breathtaking. You've seen it in the pictures, but it's really amazing to see it in person. It's quite windy at Stonehenge, and you can walk around the entire henge on a path, but it's mostly in the grass. Lunch was a late lunch - around 3:00 - so bring snacks or grab something at Windsor Castle to tide you over. The village of Lacock was charming and fun especially because they filmed parts of Downton Abbey and Harry Potter there. The pub was lovely and the lunch was pretty good. The sun sets EARLY in England in December, so it was dark was we were leaving Lacock, and was dark when we arrived in Bath. That was a bummer because the Baths were closed and we couldn't really even see them. That was disappointing, but that's nothing to do with the tour, just something to anticipate based on the time of year. This tour did not include entry to the Baths, so we weren't out anything. The city of Bath in itself is quite charming, so it was lovely to just walk around. Make sure you check out Bath Aqua Glass - hand blown glass right in the middle of Bath! Our tour guide, Frank, was phenomenal. He had so much information about the entire tour that really complimented the places we were visiting. And he has clearly done this many times because he was very good at preparing us for what to expect and how to maximize our time in each place. He was friendly and welcoming and, despite recovering from a cold that day, was chipper and eager to share with us. Our driver, Martin, was fabulous as well. It was snowing and sleeting for part of our travels and he drove safely and smoothly the entire day. All in all, we had a phenomenal day and we highly recommend this tour.
Our guide Dominic was great. I had a hard time choosing which day trips to book and there were so many that seemed similar to this one.
We chose this one, because it had lunch and Lacock seemed to be a place we would never go ourselves. The pub was nice. The only downside to this trip is that we would have liked more time in Windsor Castle, but then again, we wouldn't have been able to see so many places. It's a trade-off.
Stone henge was fabulous. Try to go when the inner circle is open. Windsor Castle was grand.
Bath is only the city not the Roman baths. The lunch left much to be desired. The bus trip was good ans our fuixe was entertaining and knowledgeable.
Great tour! They take care of all the thinking and driving so you can relax and enjoy the sites.
Fantastic tour! The tour guide was really knowledgeable, friendly and happy to answer any questions. The day was well planned and didn't feel rushed.
A long day trip full of information and made better by our guide Dominick

Great days entertainment in seeing such beautiful and historic locations. Bath is an amazing city which I have since visited again. Highly recommended.
An absolute highlight of our trip. In Leacock we decided to skip the pre paid and included lunch and instead picked up a snack as we wandered the streets. Well worth doing it this way when the rest of your tour are eating.
A very nice tour. It is very much an ALL day tour, but worth it! We had a great driver and tour guide and they made this trip super fun. The guide gave us lots of interesting facts and information all along the tour route which kept everyone engaged. We went to Windsor Castle first and got there early to avoid too many lines, then Stonehenge, Lacock which was actually a really good meal, and finally finished the day off in Bath. We got to Bath pretty late in the day and lots of shops were closing soon after we arrived. I would have liked more time to explore this town, but it was nice to see it briefly. The drive in-between each of these stops was through several small towns and some really nice English countryside. Again the guide explained some history of these towns and pointed out neat items of interest for us all along the drive. Glad we did this tour!
Full-sized bus tour. Very enjoyable day to see so many things. Highly recommend.
