Why Our Insiders Chose This Tour

What You Can Expect

Stonehenge, Windsor Castle, and Bath from London

Discover the fine English city of Bath

Depart from London and travel out of the city in your air-conditioned coach toward the majestic Windsor Castle. Home of the British Royal Family for 900 years, and location for the 2018 Royal Wedding, Windsor is the world's largest and oldest occupied castle and widely considered one of England’s finest. Explore the lavishly-decorated State Apartments and St George's Chapel with your guide and hear of the castle’s fascinating history and heritage.

Continue on through the rolling green Wiltshire landscape to Stonehenge, a collection of stones dragged to this lonely plain near Salisbury 5,000 years ago. This ancient stone circle is still a place of strong spiritual significance, and continues to capture the imagination of the many visitors it welcomes each year. Why the stones were placed here and what purpose they served remains a mystery though, so wander around the site at your leisure and decide for yourself why these age-old rocks have found themselves here. Take a look around the visitors’ center and learn the history of this ancient, mysterious site. During your visit enjoy a free interactive map and VOX personal headset that is exclusive to this tour.

Next, hop back in your coach and continue onward to Bath, famous for its elegant Georgian architecture and widely considered one of England’s prettiest cities. Follow your guide on a panoramic tour of Bath and be enchanted by the town's beautiful streets and alleyways, capturing the sites on camera as you go. You'll see Bath Abbey and the much-photographed Pulteney Bridge, modeled on the Ponte Vecchio in Florence. During the tour, you will see the city’s famous Roman Baths — the best preserved Roman spa from the ancient world.

At the end of your time in Bath, travel back to London’s Victoria Coach Station where your day trip concludes.

Have done this tour on two separate trips! Was incredible each time - you see a lot in a day - everything is amazing including the trip to beautiful Bath which I didnt know about until taking this trip. Would have liked more time there to explore.

Trip was great. It's a long day on a bus, but we had an awesome tour guide, Phil Bennett, who made the time go by quickly.

Hands down- this tour was our favorite activity of our entire vacation! Windsor Castle was a headset guided tour with tons of interesting information. We opted not to purchase entrance tickets into the Roman baths but enjoyed every minute exploring this gorgeous city. Had it been raining- we probably would have purchased those entrance tickets on site. It was raining at Stonehenge, and we wish we'd have brought ponchos or umbrellas. Because we were on a very nice coach bus and someone else was doing the driving, it made for a full AND stress free day. But- the best part was our tour guide Phil!! Phil MADE the trip. As we road to each destination, he told us what to skip so we could have time for the best things-- he told us all of the history and interesting facts so we had context and were very interested before we stepped off the bus. He told us when photo opportunities were coming while driving and even took the time to speak with each party on the way home to find out where we were staying and what we were thinking for dinner so he could make suggestions. I don't know what Evan Evans pays him- but he is a treasure. My entire family loved listening to everything he had to say and we're following him on Insta tourwithphil! We just lucked out, but if you can request tour guides-- ask for Phil! P.S. There wasn't nearly enough time at Windsor-- we were almost running through the chapel at the end and didn't even have a moment to look in one gift shop. To free up more time on site- grab your lunch to go at the end and eat on the bus this is what we did and we still wish we had more time.

The trip was great! The guide was amazing, BUT, we weren't able to go to Stonehenge because of the weather.

Had a great time. Enjoyed seeing as much as we did, even though we didn't have a huge amount of time at each place. Our guide was amazing and funny, made even the bus ride enjoyable. Our bus driver did a great job getting us to and from our locations safely and on time.

Great tour. The tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. The bus seats were a bit cramped, but I'm 6' 3 so that
is usually the case.

Amazing experience!! All 3 stops were great, like always not enough time but at least you get a base to start with for future visits. Stonehenge, enough time to see the marvel and take pictures. Windsor castle, beautiful, too bad in our case there was an event and some areas were closed off when they normally are open to the public. Would've been great to have a bit more time to visit the city of Windsor. Bath, beautiful, what can I say. Again same scenario as Windsor, not enough time to do the Roman baths and city in the one stop. Overall great change from the London to see the country and historic places. Highly recommended!!

One of the coolest places I've been to, and yes, they are just BIG BIG stones. But once you see it, you will be impressed. You've seen the pictures of Stonehenge your whole life, but when you see it first-hand, it's something else. Windsor Castle was interesting, but a large portion of it was not open when we visited that was disappointing. As for Bathe, beautiful, unique city.
