Great tour, wonderful scenery with excellent and informative guides! Highly recommended!
As promised. A very ambitious tour, 3 world heritage sites in one day. Leslie, our guide, was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and moved us appropriately from site to site. Bob, bus driver kept the road trip on point. The bus was clean, and comfortable. This is a great tour for people with limited time (like us) who want to see as much as possible. I would recommend for people who want a very full day tour.
This trip was well organized, the tour guide was informative and helpful.
Definitely must go to the Stonehenge (although they are just rocks!!) for the experience. But the last stop at Bath takes the cake - it was the best place ever! It was simply beautiful and so memorable. The guide - with his British humour - was amazing! Would go again if possible.
Fantastic tour, very full day, terrific tour guide. I would suggest yoy take your lunch and snacks with you as no set times for meals.
Terrific tour guide, great service and amazing sights. We went on a Monday in late March, and crowds at the sites were not too heavy. It was mostly Americans in our tour group. The only complaint is we wish we had more time at each site, but that's what we expected with a "sampler" tour like this where you see so much in one day.
We had a very pleasant experience with this company. Phil was our exceptional leader - giving us a grand tour and even local restaurant tips when we returned to London. We definitely will use Viator in our future travels.
Fantastic experience. Monica was great and told us so much about these English sites. Hotel pick up was very helpful. Everyone should use Viator for a comprehensive, no fuss experience.
This was an amazing day. Long, and chock full, but wonderful. My only complaint would be not enough time to explore the city Bath a little more (well not at all, as the baths are huge). Windsor castle is beautiful, and being able to tour the interior is well worth your time. Next you arrive in Bath, and get to see and experience the Romans baths. The museum and the baths themselves will take all of your time. Don't expect to have any time to see the city itself unless you race through the museum and the bathing rooms. Then on to Stonehenge. Incredible! We spent 4 days in the London area and then went to Dublin for 5 days, and my daughter and I both voted our Stonehenge day as the best day in our vacation. One other (small) complaint for this particular tour was the guide did it in both English and Japenese. Initially, that was charmingly unique, but it got really old about halfway through the 11 hour day. I wish this would have been disclosed when booking-- we may have chosen a different day.
We loved our tour guide. She was so great! We loved all 3 sites. Would plan to return to Bath on my next trip to London and stay a few days as the town was adorable.
It was a very long day, but very enjoyable. Tour guide did an excellent job in providing some historical background of London as we were leaving town as well as bits of history throughout the trip. Windsor Castle was beyond anything I anticipated and Stonehenge was Stonehenge, but I did leave with wanting to know more about it; glad I saw it one time. The visit to Bath was wonderful, but just too short. Overall, the trip was well worth the value and we felt like it was an enjoyable and informative day. Great job by the tour guide.
