Fantastic experience for myself, my son and grandson 12 yrs old. The tour guide was like having my auntie take us around - so warm and friendly -really loved her! We learned a lot too.

GREAT!! Bath is just the perfect place... History, people, food!!! I will go back! - Stonehenge was very interesting.
AMAzing tour. Our guide was so good, to avoid the rush at Stonehenge he alongwith the driver decided to drive straight to Bath. Gave us excellent information on Bath and Stonehenge.
All in all an excellent tour.

Our tour guide was very informative and both sites were amazing. We did the tour of the Roman baths and it was well worth seeing. We wished we had more time in Bath to wander around the shops, but there's only so much time in a day.
Everything was as advertised and the tour guide on the bus was especially great! One of the highlights of my trip to London!
Our tour guide Emily was amazing, very informative and fun to listen to! Stonehenge was great and we had plenty of time to explore Bath, too, definitely recommend!
Our tour guide Jose was amazing! Very knowledgeable and super funny! We had such a great time and wish we had more time to enjoy these beautiful places. Truthfully you need a whole day just for Bath, but this tour was a great chance to see the highlights!
Wonderful guide and an awesome tour! Bath was fabuluus! Great value.
Top day tour with an natural born guide who is informative a, with her softly spoken voice, was a pleasure to listen to. I chose to make my own way to Victoria Coach station which is only a short walk from Victoria underground, and a very convenient meeting point. Drop off at a few different locations on return to London is really convenient. Thankyou to Chrissie our guide and driver Tony for a wonderful day. I will be leaving an excellent review on trip advisor.
Our tour guide, Holly, was fantastic and made the trip a lot of fun. Beautiful scenery and experience.
Really enjoyed the tour, and our tour guide Reese really made it a better experience. He was very knowledgable, helpful, and friendly.
We had a wonderful time.
The bus was always on time, and our Tour Guide Reiss I dont know the spelling was very knowledgeable and competent.
The tour was excellent. The guide was very knowledgeable and I had a great experience.
The tour to Stonehenge was nice if it's something you are interested in. The trip to Bath was the best. I wish we had more time there so much to see. I would actually spend a few days there instead.
Not enough time at the sights. Felt rushed the whole time we were at the locations. Too much travelling in the bus. The tour is described as 10 hours, but it is really only 3 hours of sightseeing. They decided not to give us the promised walking tour, but instead a quick overview of Bath from the bus, which is not the same. This is not acceptable. This tour only gave us a taste of what the two locations are, but I would much rather go on my own or take a more relaxed version of this tour. The instructions about how to find the tour were not clear- we were looking for a Viator sign, but the tour operator's name was different. It would have helped to have known their name. The tour guide was knowledgable and did his job well.
The timing was very poorly thought out. Honestly, there is just not enough time in Bath to make the visit worthwhile. We did not have time for lunch and arrived to Bath with only 2 hours and 20 minutes. There were huge lines to the Roman Baths and also for Jane Austen. On top, the guide did not provide sufficient guidance on where to eat, how to return to the bus, etc. Would not recommend.
First, do not allow infants and toddlers on this particular tour as it is totally unsuitable for them - simply state as much in your guidelines and charge everyone for an individual seat. The 2 year old screamed and hollered, squirmed and yelled routinely, including at crucial points of the tour as the guide struggled to be heard - and they were seated in the front seat which made it much worse. The toddler was blameless - no toddler can keep still for two or three hours at a time. Second, do not permit your operator to take a vote to change the itinerary, thus leaving people unwilling to be the lone dissenter. I had carefully planned my tour time - I had eaten a large breakfast, with the idea that we would be in Bath after Stonehenge - mid to late afternoon. I had planned to eat lunch or have a formal tea at the Jane Austin Museum. Instead, I was in Bath too early for my planned lunch and way too early for tea. Third, if you advertise a walking tour than you must provide one. A drive around tour is inappropriate if you do not provide free maps or local guides - I had to pay extra for that at the information facility. Fourth, do not try and pressure people into the more expensive Bath Museum tour rather than the Jane Austin Museum tour. There was not time for both and had I followed the tour guide's recommendation, I would have not seen what I came to see - the Jane Austin Museum. Finally, if someone vomits on your bus, kindly take it out of commission immediately and sanitize it. Customers in the back complained about this issue and they opened the windows but it was inadequate and inappropriate. Worst tour ever and I have traveled worldwide.
