My driver met me at inside just as I grabbed my luggage and helped me with the bags. He was a nice guy and an excellent driver. Getting into downtown London is a hassle so it was nice to have a great driver.
Was met by driver right outside of customs taken to car and was quickly dropped at my hotel. Very easy transfer after a long flight to the UK from the USA would definitely use again and I'm a travel agent so I will recommend to all my clients who needs transfers around London.
Do it. Worth the reservation. Traffic is horrific and you'll want the room the private car affords.
Our driver was awesome!! He pointed out many points of interest on the drive to our hotel. He also gave us many tips, ideas, and other information to make our trip more enjoyable. He was a real pleasure.

Nice gentleman . He was a bit late , but I guess our exit from the customs was unexpectedly quick. We had to wait for the gentleman for half an hour. He was a very nice and informative person .
Having a driver pick us up at the airport was so convenient. We didn't have to worry with taking the tube or getting a cab. This was a very easy option.

The company kept in touch with us for arrangements and the driver was waiting at the exact place as arranged and pushed our trolley, loaded 4 suitcases in the car and he also helped us inside with our luggage. Well done

When we arrived there was no one waiting for us. After calling and being told the driver would be right there, he showed up 30 minutes after we exited the baggage claim area. On the positive side, the vehicle was very clean and in excellent repair if not actually new, the driver was polite, helpful with the bags, provided a very safe yet expeditious journey, and seemed to know the roads well.
We were a bit disappointed with this service. Our flight was delayed departing by about two hours and I emailed to notify them. The person responding to the email was super friendly and assured us our driver would pay attention to arrival time and would meet us at the arrivals gate. Problem was, the driver wasn't there and we waited for about 30 minutes. When the driver finally arrived, he did not offer to help with the luggage but just turned and headed toward his car. In the car park for hired cars, full of Mercedes and other nice cars like the picture attached to this booking offering, but we got into a Volkswagon mini-van. The driver didn't talk to us the entire way! I tried to engage in conversation, but he just didn't engage other than short one to three word answers.
Arrival London on time but due to long line going through immigration and customs, we finally got out and met our driver, we were told that due to extra waiting time that additional parking fee was required, we are group of 12 with two cars with 6 guest each car, one of the car stopped half way enroute to hotel and demand that extra fee must be pay or he will not continue, so while we understands that the extra waiting time may required extra fee, but it is quite unacceptable to stop half way and demand payment. While the delay was no fault of us due to long line at immigration. All payment as agreed was prepaid.
Gave 2 because I got to hotel. Didn and #39;t say hello, only made comments about time, was rude almost whole time and I was earlier than scheduled. A nearby tour guide apologized, said welcome and smiled. Driver took my luggage and almost left me on way to car. Uber is better, less $, and better car.
Viator gave Airport Exclusives the wrong instructions in terms of the flight number and the terminal. My flight arrived on time around 8:30 am but was not picked up until 12:30pm. I expect Viator to do better next time.
I booked the driver to meet me at Heathrow Terminal 3 months ago. I landed yesterday and hung around for over an hour. No driver. This is disgusting and I'm appalled. My first trip overseas and I knew I couldn't brave the Tube or the bus, so I went with your company. But you let me down. Not only me, but many others were waiting also... Not happy at all.
This company was terrible! Our flight was delayed and I emailed them from the airport.
When we landed at the airport there was no one there to meet us.
When I called them- they said they never received an email from me and that their driver waited for one hour at the airport and that they wouldn't come back to pick us up and that we would be charged the full amount.
We never got picked up by them and then on top of that had to spend 80 pounds to get a taxi to our hotel!
They were awful and so rude on the phone. Definitely not the welcome to London that we wanted :
