Wonderful day. Patricia guide and Garry driver could not have been better.
As others noted, time is limited at each stop, but that's to be expected given such a full itinerary. For a 'taste' of three not-to-be-missed gloriously historic sites, I highly recommend this tour.
Totally worth getting up super early to avoid having a lot of other people in your photos.
Great day all around. Morning visit to Stonehenge before the crowds, seeing the historical city of Bath and the quaint town of Windsor. Loved it all.
Great trio of places to visit! wish there was more time in Bath and Windsor Castle. There was a long line to pick up the audio guides so we had to bypass them, which was a shame since there was so much to see at Windsor Castle. Mary and #39;s dollhouse was incredible.. don and #39;t miss it!
Got there early and we were the first people there. Also Bath and Windsor were amazing add ons great experience.
It was only a couple from Mexico and I in this tour! The driver and the tour guide were on time and extremely friendly. I was traveling solo and was not feeling to social at all so it was really a perfect tour. I do not remember or if I did even ask.. but I don't know the name of a guide... I know he is from Australia : He was very very informative and every information pieces he gave full into the right place when we arrived! I learned so much! Although I was a bit hesitate to go on a tour but it could not be better! Thanks!!!
Our Guide, Dale and driver Matt were fantastic! Very professional, informative and FUN!
I loved the tour! I was very lucky in that I was the only person who signed up for this day, so it was really a private tour. Rachael was our driver and Dale was the guide and we had a fun day. I knew a little about Stonehenge, but Dale was really able to flesh out the details that are known and gave me a lot of theories as to its origins. I have used Viator for other tours in other countries and have never been disappointed.
Amazing tour. Guide and driver were great. My girlfriend and I were the only ones on the tour, so we got VIP service. My advice is to take this tour so you get there before the crowds. There was almost no one there when we arrived. By the time we left, several full buses were coming in.
A must do when in London, my tour guide Emily was awesome, the knowledge that she has is tremendous, i learnt a lot from her. With the early morning access we where practically the first there and could get around easily and see everything. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone, thanks!!!!!
Overall pretty good but due to 3 different instances of guests being late back to the bus we ended up being rushed through Bath and Windsor.
Good tour. Half the tour didn't show up so there was just 4 of us and our guide and driver. Lot's of ground to cover, but it was well worth the time and money. Tour guide was super flexible and knowledgeable.
We were a bit rushed as our driver arrived late but that was due to flooding streets in London. It was really nice to be on the very first bus out to the site.

This is a and #34;highlights and #34; tour and you only get an hour at each location. If you want more time, I would recommend this tour for Stonehenge (it and #39;s out of the way and going before the crowds was nice) and take a train from London to see the other locations
Bus driver was 40mins late, meaning we were not the first coach to arrive at Stonehenge as promised. He also didn't know how to work the heat on the bus. So after standing outside at 6:30am in October waiting for him, we were all frozen and very uncomfortable on the bus. As other reviewers have said, you do NOT have enough time at each location and are rushed through the day. Stonehenge was fine with the time, we couldn't go to the visitor center and watch the film due to time, but we could have spent less time wandering around the stones. Bath we were only given 1hr 15mins, which was NOT enough time to see the baths and grab lunch. Needed at least 15-30 mins more to not run though the whole exhibit admission price is also NOT included. Windsor we were cheated the most. It's a solid 15 minute walk from the coach parking to get to the front gate at Windsor plus 15 to get back, which greatly cut into your 1.5 hours given there. We had to run through the whole castle and couldn't even stop to reach plaquards, or view the grounds. There is also a shopping area on the way back to the coach - no time to stop, had to catch the bus. If you do the tour - plan on taking your own transportation back from Windsor. There is a train station literally right there, take that back into central London and spend at least 2hrs at Windsor at your leisure. Our guide Patricia was lovely, but the late start from the driver and not knowing how to use the heat made the hours of commuting horrible. We saw all 3 locations, but would need to go back to appreciate them because we were rushed through each spot.
We had a lovely morning in Stonehenge, but there was no astronomer guide. We arrived at about opening and had a nearly-empty area. That was the best part of the day. Our driver managed to get lost on the way to Bath, adding an hour to our travel time and shortening the time we had in Bath by a little. We had enough time to breeze through the Roman Baths and grab a quick bite to eat from a to-go shop. Windsor was without incident and there was ample time to explore the castle and explore town a little.
Overall it was a good trip and worth the minor inconveniences.
First, you should know that Viator will not necessarily be the company servicing your tour, and may subcontract it, like ours was. Early access to Stonehenge was great! Very nice to be there without crowds. While the Viator website says you'll be led around by an astronomer guide, note that there is no astronomer and the guide left us alone for the entire visit, with the site's recorded audio guides. Such was the case at Bath and Windsor as well. While I enjoyed the time alone to take pictures and explore on my own, I was still expecting the guide to provide more. She mostly only spoke while we were in the coach. When she did speak, it was great, and informative, and both she and the driver were very friendly. She would give you a heads up to get your camera ready when something good was about to be passed. Even while we were driving out of London and arriving back in she would give us great commentary about what we were passing. Note also that if you do this tour with Bath and Windsor you will be rushed all day. It really is too much to squeeze into a single day, and you don't get much time at each site, really barley enough to go through the audio tour, take a couple pictures, and spend 10 minutes in the shop. Also, if you're going to buy a London Pass, don't get the version of the tour with tickets included. Windsor Castle entry is included free with the London Pass. The biggest disappointment of the trip was the coach. If you thought there was no such thing smaller than an airline coach seat, you're wrong...this coach seemed to be built to carry only children. There was no leg room and we spent the entire tour sitting sideways in the seats because we literally couldn't fit any other way. It was a small bus with seating for perhaps 15, modern and clean, but with unbelievable small seats with seatbelt latches that cut into your hip all day. I'd give 5 stars if there were better coach seats and 30-45 more minutes at each site.
Honestly, I should have listened to the previous reviews when they said that the itinerary was too packed. Warning: DO NOT BE LATE. We left behind a couple at our London meet up because we had to be at Stonehenge at a certain time to be the first ones to walk through, they unfortunately had to skip Stonehenge and pay extra for a train from London to Bath to meet up with us. I did thoroughly enjoy not having to walk through Stonehenge with loads of crowds and children on their school field trips, but we hardly had enough time to take in the sights of Stonehenge and see the new exhibit at the guest center. Also, another couple missed our meet up time at Stonehenge, and the tour guide left them... who knows how they ever made it back to London on their own. We had about 1 hour in Bath, definitely NOT enough time at all. We wanted to see the Roman Baths and grab lunch since this was the only opportunity to get lunch, so we rushed through the Roman Baths to get takeaway lunch before getting back on the bus. Wish we had more time in Bath since it's such a adorable and very historical town. As for Windsor, we basically were the last people to arrive. We saw the chapel as it was closing, aka walked really fast through it and didn't really see anything the tour guide was talking about because we had to rush. We got a really quick less than 5 minute glimpse of the Queen's garden as that was closing as well, but we did get to go through the Castle exhibits at our own pace.
Anyways, I think if I could do it over again, I would have probably just done early access to Stonehenge.
Everything else was too rushed. Bath is a city that requires a day to its own at a minimum.
The tour guide was extremely knowledgable like so many random facts, but had really biased ramblings lots and lots of rambling into the mic she dissed JK Rowling by saying she, never had a hard day in her life--her father was an engineer and she married a doctor.
Incredible. We were 34 people and the bus was for 29. 5 people had to wake up early, paid and get back to their hotels. No planning!!!!!
Delay for that inconvenience, therefore we couldnt stay much time at Bath.
We booked this day trip while in London for a week. Ultimately I was disappointed with this tour. The description says Early-access Stonehenge tour led by a specialist guide but our guide simply dropped us off to catch the bus to Stonehenge. It also says Choose to include entrance fees or enjoy the flexibility of deciding on the day which attractions you'd like to visit but does not make it clear that if you decide on the day, you will spend a lot of time waiting in line to buy tickets. There also wasn't enough time to appreciate the sites we saw, because you are pressured to always keep an eye on the time instead of enjoying your surroundings. You're going to spend much more time in the van than the places you want to see, and will leave the tour wanting a lot more. My advice: Don't try to see all three sites in one day.

Early access great and recommended but THIS PACKAGE was not as advertised. Windsor and Bath were not possible ad ons through the guide and even the Stonehenge entry was NOT included. Basically you are paying for transport to the sites. The driver was great and the guide was ok with some cute stories and background but not very helpful I was unpleasantly surprised. Bring a jacket and hat as it gets cold and windy at Stonehenge even on a warm day.
The trip stops were very rushed. Perfect if you are young and fit and looking to check sites off your must see list but not ideal for kids or seniors. My mom is an older woman but very fit and really struggled with the rushing around on cobble stones and long walks. Also, the coach was a comfortable mini-van but not a bus.
My mom and I were also encouraged with others to get off at an early, unscheduled stop to avoid traffic. We ended up on a steamy trip back to the hotel with an extra 7 stops.
