Highly recommend this tour. We took the small Cessna aircraft tour, which was excellent.
Although Would recommend more that you go for a tour where in you would land in Grand Canyon and can have a river cruise too. Could be costly but would be worth every penny spent.

Amazing trip. Everything was great. Skywalk was the cherry on the cake.

This package deal was a great way to see both Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon in a short amount of time! Our aerial flight over the Grand Canyon was spectacular and our hotel was clean, in a great location and the staff were friendly. The bus ride from Los Angeles was smooth and comfortable.

Excellent and economical. Plenty of time to roam around in Las Vegas. Trip over Grand Canyon was quick but sweet. Quite satisfied with the whole tour.

The flight was everything that I expected. Lux bus staff were very friendly. I would suggest there be more clarity with the 'transfer' to Tropicana hotel. Write up gives the impression it is covered as part of the tour cost it isn't. Fortunately we had received very easy instructions for how to get there.
Highly recommend the Tropicana- if you want a bit of space from the hustle of The Strip, stay here: light, airy, modern, clean facilities. Pool area was a great way to spend an afternoon.
Would probably do a different Grand Canyon tour next time.

I didn't have a lot of time, still wanted to visit Vegas and see Grand Canyon. I believe this was a great value for my time and money. Tour was very well organized. Bus and staff from Luxbus company were great. Hotel Quad is an average hotel, I didn't expect more honestly for this price.

The coach travel was good, the hotel was satisfactory, Las Vegas was amazing but exhausting. Our flight over the Hover Dam and Grand Canyon was great. Our only complaint is that only those on the left side of the air-plane could see the Hoover Dam.

I had a great time on this tour. Everything was well co-ordinated beginning with the bus travel from LA to Vegas.
I was put up at The Imperial Palace Hotel and the hotel room was clean and comfortable.
The air tour was fantastic!
I wish it was a little longer though - it lasted a little over an hour.
Overall, the experience was terrific!

The busride was nice, the hotel was very good, I guess the Grand Canyon Tour was great too, unfortunately we missed it because of our previous Vegas-Party-Night. Whatever. I liked it. If you don't mind waiting for the bus to start (check-in took a while), and if you are independent and know how to deal with problems (they signed us in for the 3-day-tour - but we complained and they rescheduled everything for us) ....do it. It's nice.

Las Vegas and Grand Canyon were definitely worth going.
However, this tour is not organized at all.
At first, the staff said they would pick me up where I stayed, but they didn't.
And they didn't know the schedules well.
They were not helpful at all.

The experience was great, the transportation and the tour to the Grand Canyon was wonderful but the hotel in Las Vegas (Imperial Palace) was terrible... not to the level I was expecting!!

Note from Viator: Thank you for your feedback. We're happy to advise that the hotel on this package has now been upgraded to the Tropicana Hotel which was refurbished recently.

We were totally screwed on this trip. We comfirmed the trip via phone and was guaranteed by a rep. that we would be flying over the west rim and landing. We were told we would have several hours to tour the rim and lots of tours would be available upon landing. Once on the flight we flew 1 hr and landed back where we started. No one was willing to explain, refund money or even recognized that a trip of such was not even available. Over all view was great!

This tour was the most hectic tour of all the tours we did!. We were informed by email that we would be picked up from the Westin Lax. However, when we reached that hotel, we decided to call the tour operator (Lux Bus America) and were then informed to make our way our way to the Hilton Lax. We then had to pay an additional taxi fare and it was really hectic to try and make it on time with 2 kids at 7:30 am. We were very disappointed with the lack of coordination by the tour operator. Throughout the trip we did not have a tour guide. We were on our own and had to make several inquires at the Tropicana Hotel. The next day the pick up was again very early. The pilot was a friendly person and we saw some of the most spectacular views of the Grand Canyon.

The host of the Bus from LA to Vegas, a Russian lady was rude and disturbing. Imperial hotel was sick and very dirty. Hotel staff was not responding to complaints. The trip was not worth of $350. Please try to improve the Las vegas hotel service specially.

Note from Viator: Thank you for your comments. We are happy to advise that the hotel in Las Vegas has been changed to the Tropicana Hotel. This hotel has been recently refurbished and is in a great location on the Las Vegas Strip.

Didn't find this tour at all value for money. The tropicana hotel was average. It's advertised as a tour but it's not, its a bunch of vouchers and you have to fumble your way through getting to all the necessary spots alone. No options about what kind of flight over the canyon. Would not recommend this.

All in all, a fairly positive experience. I must have missed the fine print about this being an unescorted tour. If you don't mind taking a bus and being dropped off at a central point with no directions given on how to get to your hotel - and be given numerous vouchers for all the other components of the tour.

The trip was great, but the organization was disastrous. We had confirmed our trip as outlined by Viator, but when it came time to be picked up at 5:15 a.m. at our Casino in Las Vegas, we were refused admittance to the bus. Our names were not on the check sheet, nor were we booked on the Grand Canyon flight. We were upgraded and booked on a different tour, which included a helicopter flight, but this tour did not have enough time allotted between arrival and departure at the Grand Canyon to see all of the attractions, plus we missed out on lunch!

The big part of this tour is to get one from LA to Las Vegas and even that was a big drama..

1.        There was no mention that we will have to be transferred to another bus and in total will have to spend 2 to 3 hours before leaving for Vegas.
2.        The bus picked us up at 7 pm and although we were told to wait in front of Roosevelt hotel, the bus were waiting at the side, if we were not looking we would not have found it
3.        The departure from Anaheim was only at 9.30am , was supposed to be 9am but one bunch of jokers were late although they were in a hotel nearby, bus should not have waited that long for late comers, should have just dump them and left
4.        At half way stop at Barstow , the driver counted wrongly and left the area without picking up all passengers , so we had to come back to pick a lady up . It did not help that the husband of this lady was a bit dozy and did not alert the driver convincingly that his wife is not abroad. This delayed our journey by another half hour.
5.        The voucher given to us stated that we wait for pick up for the grand canyon bit at 7.30 am the following day when in actual fact it was 6.00 Am
6.        At Anaheim we asked the two staff present do we need to confirm the grand canyon bit and was told no need but we did anyway and to our horror found out the pickup was at 6am!!!!!!!!!!!, they cant even get this right?
7.        No accurate instruction were given on when the bus ride back was , it was mentioned in the tour details but no one bothered to brief us.

The grand canyon tour bit was by a different company and that past of this tour is 4 to 5 star. Superb.

No need to take this tour , nothing additional gained , only so much time lost. Best get to Las Vegas yourself and book a plane or helicopter view of grand canyon directly. No need for postman ..... to get us there

Operator forgot our flytour voucher, flytour overbooked, 4.5h waiting in middle of Las Vegas before return trip to LA, no possibility for a extented stay in hotel room. Only one hotel drop-off shuttle in LA serving Hollywood and aiport area.

I would NOT recommend this tour to anyone. Firstly, the hotel was very cheap and definitely needs to be upgraded. Secondly, our flight for the Grand Canyon was cancelled due to windy weather, which was understandable. However, it was unacceptable for them not informing us. Instead, we had to ring them to find out that that the tour was cancelled. The only highlight was seeing Las Vegas during the night.
