The tour guides were super. Learned so much about LA that I never knew x
Great overall tour of LA. Our guide Stan was excellent!! Very knowledgeable.
great day out guide and driver very welcoming and friendly defiantly worth doing as saw so much of the city which wouldn't have been possible without the tour so many wonderful places to see lunch at farmers market was fantastic well worth doing
Our tour guide was very informative however we were disappointed because we chose this tour because in the description it stated that we would stop and stroll down rodeo drive when apparently that was topped back in January, so in an effort to not disappoint any other traveler change your web page description please!
Everything ran to time, however it did not.include as much as I was hoping......the Hollywood sign was way in the background. Would of also liked to of seen the Griffith observatory.
A bit to loud for me a lot of talking and not a lot of sights,
Tour was good, guide was informative ,too long at farmers market for lunch, and was rushed at the end as people had other tours booked,we didn't get close enough to Hollywood sign, and that was disappointing,
On the plus side, we had a relatively small group, about 12 people or so, which made it a more personal experience.
We did get to see quite a few things around the town, however our guide was quite boring. He obviously did this tour a lot of times, but lacked the energy or interest in making it a memorable experience.
Just enumerating the stores and hotels we are driving by? I can read their names by myself... This building is being renovated and turned into condos? I kinda of figured that out by myself, too.
There's the Hollywood sign? For a 6 hours Grand Tour, I was expecting to get much closer to that.
I wished he could have told us more interesting, insider stories. The tour guide and the selected itinerary makes or breaks a tour. Our experience was well bellow average.
I booked this tour because I only had one day in LA and wanted to see as much as possible. My first choice of tours was sold out, so I figured I'd give this one a try.
While I did get to see a lot of sights, the tour could be organized a lot better. We were shuffled on to a massive tour bus and told to take our seats, only to immediately get back off and start a brief walking tour. The beginning felt a little disjointed as a result. Also, there were so many people that it was hard to hear the guide and keep up on the crowded streets. When I could hear the guide on the bus, he seemed pretty knowledgeable, though.
I also didn't like stopping at different retail spots Like La La Land.
If I were to go on a tour again, I would choose a much smaller tour to get more out of it. However, if you don't mind large groups this one was fine.
If you want to be stuck on a hot bus for 6 hours ... this is for you. Definitely not nice and wouldn and #39;t recommend
This tour has been moved to another operator without notifying to me. Their program does not match with VIATOR program. We missed Santo Monica beach and Rodeo Drive stop - both are very unique landmarks. Viator should check with the customer and make changes. Also you need to provide better tour in case of changes and not provide a sub standard tour to the customers.
This was not a great choice. The sites viewed on this tour are just okay. Save your money...go hike the Hollywood Hills, go to the Observatory, take a taxi to Rodeo Drive and then one to the Chinese theater. The tour guide was nice but not that great...not compared to other viator tour guides I've used before. Spent most of the time sitting in traffic.
