Hi Phylicia, it appears that you simply did not show up for your scheduled tour at all. There is a note saying that you've been called twice and did not pick up and no incoming call was received from you. I'm pretty intrigued as to why you would not show up to the office at all if you are right down the street. Had you come to our office you would have found out that we have storage place for suitcases. You did not even attempt to be rebooked for the next departure which is quite surprising knowing that we are open all day. Not too sure why someone would send you to a different location when you could have just left them at our office. Are you sure you called the right number? According to our reservation system, your tour was scheduled for 10:45 AM. Our office opens at 9 AM. That's plenty of time to come to the office check in and see what can be done with your suitcase. We never had a situation where someone would not come to the office and check-in if they are down the street. If you missed your tour, we could have just put you on the next one available.
