Takes you off the beaten path. Great food, great tequila, even better tour guide
This was a great experience. Very glad we did this. We were able to try Authentic mexican food. The tour guide Arthur was excellent.
Very nice! Our guide Essie was excellent. He went into great detail about the Ancients of Baja Califorina. He also spoke of the many different dialogues that no longer exist in MX very interesting. Took us to places to eat that we would not have known. Good information on a Tequila Factory and tasting that only sells it's Tequila at the place of bottling no retail. We took the evening tour. Have Fun!
What an amazing tour. They took us to all these great little restaurants that we would of never known about if we had not done this. Our guide was so informative about all the restaurants and history of Cabo. We have been to Cabo many times and never tried these places. We will being going back to them. We were so full from all great food that we tried. So, when you take this tour make sure to come hungry! This is definitely a tour that you don't want to miss!!

This event gets you out of the tourist area and into the neighborhoods to enjoy the foods.
Enjoyed it so much that we went back to one of the restaurants later on our own.
Do it early on your vacation as it will help you get your bearings.
Tour was amazing! A must do if you want some great flavors and experience dining off the beaten path. Come with an adventurous pallet, empty stomach and good walking shoes!
Great tour, I recommend doing this tour at the beginning of your trip! So many good places to go that you will want to come back for more.
Our tour guide, Issi, was fantastic. He took us off the tourist food trail and to the best local eateries. Not only was he great with his picks in places to eat but he knew his history. Made for a great experience. His food recommendations at our stops were great smoked marlin and spot on. I would recommend this tour at the beginning of your vacation so you can go back and visit the restaurants he takes you to. Highly recommend.
Food tour was one of the best! Off the beaten path don't be scared-it was all very safefor local food and beverage finds! ALL of it was delicious! The tamales were out of this world-best ever! My grown kids, who are pretty picky, all loved the choices. We were almost overstuffed when it was over! Izzy and his cousin, Alejandro, were very gracious hosts, spoke perfect english too, so no need for a translator. Alejandro was most informative on local history and of the whole area. I'm would absolutely recommend this tour!
Issi is a great host and this tour is the perfect way to explore outside of the traditional tourist areas
Tour was EXCELLENT. We tried lots of great food in Los Cabos....so bring a hearty appetite!! Issi was a FABULOUS tour guide. He was extremely knowledgeable about all that Los Cabos had to offer, and very funny as a guide. Could not recommend this tour more! Be sure to check them out on your next visit to Los Cabos....well worth the price!!!!
The Best tour in Los Cabos. A Must Try and the food was Great. My Wife and I really enjoyed our time.
We had a great time on this tour! Our tour guide Easy knew all about the area! Since we had sooo many stops, I would skip the food at the first stop as it was just so-so but, the view from the end of the mall of the harbor was wonderful! Will probably go again on our next visit!
Great guide, food and evening out! By the end of the tour we were all stuffed!!
This tour was amazing! Yes, take it when you first arrive in Cabo so you can return to the stands and restaurants for more delicious food. We had two guides, who were extremely knowledgeable and a good comedy team! Our tour included a visit to a tequila factory as well as a street corner tamale vendor. Desserts too! We went back for lunch in one of the restaurants our guides recommended and it was lovely. We would never have wandered into these neighborhoods but now, thanks to Juan More Taco, we can navigate Cabo like pros!

We did this tour on our second night in Cabo. Overall, it was a fun evening. We visited three taquerias, a tequila distillery, a dessert joint and two street vendors for tamales and churros. All of the food was good and our tour guide, Issi, was entertaining and informative. I loved getting off the tourist strip and having the confidence to return to some gems later in the week.
We had a wonderful time with Issi (easy)! Be prepared to spend 3-4 hours, eat a lot of wonderful food and learn a lot about Mexican history. All the food was wonderful but the sopas at Jacks were amazing - I had never had one before. The tequila tour was unexpected and fun also. If you and #39;re going be in a country, learning about its history and people should be something you dedicate a few minutes to as well and Issi is a historian.
It was a fun tour. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. We would have never ventured into this part of Cabo but now feel comfortable to go back. We had some wonderful food and got a very informative lesson on the history of Mexico. I would love to find similar tours in other cities we travel to!
This experience was wonderful! Our guide, Lorenzo, was not only well-known in the neighborhood restaurants and taco stands but a well-informed resource on the culinary arts in Cabo San Lucas. Our unexpected bonus was that he was a walking professor on the subject of Los Cabos, its role in trans-Pacific history and its unique culture. By the way, is there anyone that this guy doesn't know? I swear he's the unofficial mayor of San Lucas. We're looking forward to repeating the tour on next year's trip.
Issi the tour guide is amazing! We not only got to sample food from places that the locals go and tourists would never think about, but we learned some interesting local facts and history. The tour included 3 taco places, a tortilla factory, a grocery store, a candy cart, a homemade ice cream/frozen treats shop, tortas in the mall's food court, a churros stand and a tequila factory. Pace yourself! The walking is slow paced and easy for everyone.
This is a fun tour
It is great to find those small hidden gems , were the food is local , fresh and tasty ,plus being reasonably priced .
Issi knows his way around and showed us some great spots ,which we shall visit again and again
Well worth the cost. The 3 hour tour with our guide Jesus met and began at the new mall near the Marina which is very convenient and easy to get to. The first stop was actually at an eatery in the mall which gave me second thoughts Oh Oh this is gonna be Taco Bell, but it turned out to be an excellent spot featuring a traditional dish. We sat on the balcony overlooking the Marina and got an education on the ingredients and an explanation of tour route and stops. We then crossed the major thoroughfare and within two blocks were into neighborhoods and eatery's frequented by locals. Stops included three more taco restaurants, a taco factory, an ice cream stop, a store selling candy and spices and a tequila tasting. We were stuffed by the tour's end. Walking the neighborhoods provides a look at Cabo away from the resorts that is both fascinating and educational. I highly recommend it.
Our family of 4 2 teens, 2 adults had a great time with Izzy. He was informative and interesting. We really enjoyed the places off the tourist path- the food was delicious and we would not have found it without Juan More Taco. We loved the tacos, seafood, tortillas, and fruit pops. We would really recommend this tour in fact we have told our friends about it already!!. A great way to learn about Cabo.
