Please notice that this shuttle service is only available to a limited area in Los Cabos, in case that your hotel it is not available for shuttle purchase feel free to check our private transportation services. For any doubt on your pick up information please contact us at least 24 hours prior your tour depart. Shuttle service is not available for hotels located on Diamante Zone area such as Hard Rock Hotel, Nobu Hotel or Rancho Grand Solmar hotel, those are only available on private service.

What To Expect

Upon landing in Los Cabos (San Jose del Cabo) International Airport, simply collect your luggage and greet your courteous driver in the arrivals lounge. Avoid the hassle of navigating confusing public transport systems or waiting for taxis with this convenient airport round-trip transfer. Sit back and relax in your air-conditioned vehicle as your driver transports you directly to your hotel.

 

Ensure you have your confirmed flight and accommodation details when booking your shared round-trip airport transfer. Within 24 hours of purchase, your transfer will be confirmed and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver upon arrival.

Make sure you walk all the way out of the terminal to the farthest set of vans, it took us a little while to find them.
I would recommend this service if you are looking for a ride to and from your hotel.

We were able to find our operators at the expected location outside of the airport building. Do not ask anyone inside - they are mostly timeshare sales personnel. As soon as we met our operators they verified our booking, confirmed and explained the wait time. Our vehicle was available within the expected wait time. Vehicle was clean, had plenty of luggage space. The operators and driver were really nice and helpful. The operator also confirmed our return trip and on the day of return the driver was at our hotel on time. Overall it was such a great experience. We definitely recommend booking with viator for airport transportation in Cabo San Lucas.
Will always use Grayline Shuttle Service, No driving for me in Cabo.

When we arrived we made a B line for the EXIT after Customs. Headed straight outside (avoiding timeshare sellers), and then across to where the transport shuttle are. Met when Grayline Representives, and checked us off the list. Also scheduling our return ride back to the airport. Waited about 15 mins for the next shuttle van. While we waited we enjoys $12 USD beers and cocktails at the outside bar. Once the shuttle arrived we took our 20 min ride to our hotel. Our scheduled pick for for shuttle back to the airport was right on time. But we left on a day we did not know here was a festival happening in San Jose de Cabo. Traffic was BACKED UP on both the toll road and in town. But our driver made sure we made it!! With that being said, I will never drive in Cabo. I will always use Grayline.

Easy pickup from the airport. Had to wait about 30 minutes for our ride but signs were clearly marked and staff was very helpful. Pre-arrival communication was excellent. WhatsApp communication was appreciated. Never felt like we were going to be left behind without a ride.

The location of the hotel was not known. We spent over an hour locating the property. The driver did well in keeping us in touch with what was happening and because of his efforts we stayed calm.

We scheduled a transfer to our hotel from the airport. The instructions we were sent on how to find our driver at the airport were detailed and very helpful. The transfer itself was super smooth and the driver even had cold beer waiting for us which was a nice surprise :)

They dropped someone off near our hotel first. The driver then drove several miles into town and made 2 more stops. The driver then backtracked to our resort. We spent 30- 40 extra minutes in the van than we should have.

Good value for airport transfers. Had to reconfirm arrival info multiple times and when we arrived, the shuttles were not available. Grey Line should’ve been prepared with vans to take customers knowing how many and where we are going.
