This was the perfect tour if you want to see more than the main street of Cabo San Lucas and learn about the history and current culture of the Baja. It is a full day starting in a water taxi/glass bottom boat that takes you out to the famous Arch. Then it's off to the glass factory, a stop at a famous beach get the coconuts from the stand, a stop at the estuary in San Jose, lunch at an authentic Mexican restaurant that is so charming, tequila and other tasty liquours, a visit to the church and town square finished off with shopping at a local craft 'mall. I can't say enough about our guide Zacarias. He was soooo knowledgeable and taught us so much about the history of the Baja and the current culture and population. After coming to Cabo for the last 4 years, it was interesting to see the things that you can't see from your hotel or the marina area. I would suggest this tour to anyone visiting Cabo.
We really enjoyed the whole tour. The glass bottom boat experience was amazing, loved the glass factory. Then had a delicious lunch and tequila tasting. Our guide was so knowledgable and took pictures along the way and shared them with all of us. The only thing I would change is that we would have liked to shop in San Jose instead of the touristy shopping center. But loved the trip!
The tour guide was very knowledgeable. Went to many sights on Los Cabos. I wish we would have had more time to shop. Only 30 min.
We had a great time as our tour guide Zach was very well-versed with the area and the history of Los Cabos.
This tour was amazing! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and spoke very good English, he was easy to understand and was able to answer any questions we had. We loved every minute of it!
This was a very small tour. Only 3 people. That gave us the chance to have a personal connection with the driver and with each other and we had a lot of fun.
We had a wonderful time. Our driver, also was our guide is very knowledgeable, friendly.
Would recommend to friends.
Very pleasant and informative tour. Would highly recommend the tour.
Met at our hotel for a full day of adventure. The guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. The trip included several components all of which were interesting. It was money well spent and we have a positive impression of Viator tours. We look forward to another!
This tour was one of the highlights of our two weeks in Cabo. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the region and it's history and was also very funny. He made the tour so relaxing and geared it to our pace and what we wanted to do. He took us to a few special stops which was great. The tequila tasting on this tour was better than any others we went to. I highly recommend this tour. If I am ever back in Cabo I would do it again, that's how great it was!
This is a very informative and fast moving tour. A great way to become acquainted with Los Cabos!
This was a great introduction to the Los Cabos area including a boat tour of the arch in Cabo San Luca, a visit to San Jose del Cabo old town, and several artisan shops. The guides were excellent and the small size of the group and comfort of the van were much appreciated. Highly recommend this tour.
This tour was beautiful and very educational. Zac was awesome and since we speak no Spanish and he speaks perfect English it made it extra special. The boat ride was nice and loved the sea lions and everything that Zac taught us about the culture. The glass blowing factory was cool and the lunch was very nice as well and we appreciated the time to go shopping. We learned alot and enjoyed our experience.
Zac is an amazing tour guide. He is very knowledgeable about Cabo and shares a lot about the history and culture.
My group loved the tour! Zac was awesome, so friendly and informative. We got lucky and no one else booked for this day, so we had a private tour with the 4 of us. We enjoyed the boat ride, glass blowing factory, the tequila tasting and the authentic lunch was delicious! Make sure to exchange US dollars into pesos since the restaurant does not take USD.
This tour was great. Zack is very knowledgeable on just about every Mexican history fact you would want to know. The pictures made this trip even more special. The food was awesome. Glass bottom boat ride was my highlight. Our picture is on there Facebook page. Loved every minute...Highly recommend. Jose and Victoria Solis
This was our second day in Cabos san Lucas and our first tour. It was a day filled with lots of good stuff.
Our guide was so educated, so enthusiastic and so helpful. He took great care of us from start to finish.
The highlight was the boat ride round the Arc and seeing and hearing the sea lions. What a treat that was.
And to look over the side of the boat and watch the colorful fish. We all enjoyed our taco lunch at the restaurant, then a short while to browse the local shops. There was a demonstration of glass blowing and lots of sips of tequila and a tour of the Mission. A long but interesting day and lots to learn about the Mexican culture.
This was an excellent introductory tour to the region. Our guide was very knowledgeable and had his spiel down to a science. We were disappointed to discover that the fine print of the offer did not actually include lunch, but did enjoy the restaurant to which we were taken for our meal. The guide went elsewhere as we ate, which was interesting.... Prior to lunch, he said that since it was optional, we could choose to shop and meet back at the van. Since we finished early, we stepped out of the restaurant and walked down the block. Checking our watches, we returned to where the van had been -- but it was GONE! Luckily, we saw it, flagged it down, and were able to rejoin our group. Being left on the street was not something we anticipated.... but we rolled with it and everything turned out fine. It was, however, interesting that our driver left the group again after dropping us at the mercado. Our entire group 4 different subgroups got a little nervous then... But again, everything worked out. The information and the experience otherwise were very good. I noticed in reflection for this review, that most of my pictures are from the boatride. It was simply WONDERFUL and well worth the trip.
The glass bottom boat part was good however the City tour of San Jose del Cabo was simply fascinating. Wish we could have stayed longer and been around for the city art tour on Thursday night but the pace was much better suited for us.
