Booked private transfers in Cabo through Viator and were pleased with both outbound and return as drivers were waiting, personable, very friendly.
Clean van, friendly competent driver both ways and much quicker than large transfer from hotels.
Everything worked out great. The company people at the airport as well as the driver were very friendly and helpful. Gray Line Los Cabos transfers comes highly recommended.

We scheduled a private car transfer round trip from the airport and back. Although our driver was slightly late, they were excellent about communicating the delay and we were kept updated. A quick Corona at the bar and they were there to transport us in a brand new Mercedes to the hotel. We were promptly picked up at our hotel on the return again in a spotless Ford Expedition. The driver and the service was fantastic and they spoke perfect English as well as Spanish. We will certainly book again despite the delay because they communicated so well and the driver offered us a beer for the ride due to the delay!

The driver for the airport to hoptel was excellent. He stopped for us to obtaoin groceries and was generally considerate. The driver on the return trip was all right -- no faults -- but not as friendly or cooperative.
It was a great trip. The only issue I had was when we got out of the Airport and I didn't know who was going to pick us up.
After wasting 20 minutes walking all around dragging our suitcases and even going back to the inside of the terminal, someone said to look for a Greyhound sign. You could have told us when we made the reservation. Not happy about that. Bev Carson
This would of been a perfect/excellent round trip except for the fact that we got hit by a tropical storm. We tried reaching the GreyLine which was supposed to pick us up at our hotel at 1pm on Saturday to let them know we needed an earlier pick up due to damaged roads and excessive traffic to the airport. The transportation company never called us back or communicated any transportation plans with us from our hotel to the airport. We ended up having to pay a taxi which meant we paid twice for transportation back to the airport!!!!
There was no one there with our name on a sign, nor was there anyone with a Viator sign. We had no clue where our ride was. Finally one of the other transportation providers directed us to Grayline, who accepted our voucher. Cabo airport is always a zoo anyway. I did not appreciate the extra hassle.
