    Wait for the cab was not long. About 20 minutes. Did have a nice cold beer for the ride. Driver very nice. Explaining area on the drive

    Once I found the driver, it was smooth sailing. I believe the drivers should have your name posted on a board since there are so many drivers out there. However, if you can remember the name of the company, all you have to do is go to them and it’s pretty easy from there. Overall, the vehicle was nice and we also paid an additional fee to make a grocery stop before going to the condo. Also, the beer was a nice touch. Our driver Giovanni. Was amazing!!!

    This was well worth the price for our family of 4. They picked us up in Cadillac Escalades and the drivers were very professional and spoke very good English. I liked their service so much that I even booked them for another ride we needed during our vacation for non-airport transfer. The big vehicle was able to fit all of our luggage and had very comfortable seats for the 4 of us. The only negative is that it was not easy to find them at the location where we were supposed to meet them. I was expecting them to hold up my name so I could easily recognize them. Instead I had to ask one of the other tour operators (random pick) to tell me who my operator was. For a private reservation, I would have expected them to have my name tag displayed in a visible manner. Otherwise, everything else was smooth.

    Professional Viator Employees, But Beware of Misleading Time Share People

    The reservation and payment process was great. And the instructions were easy to follow. Unfortunately, we made the mistake of believing the time share people (who look somewhat official) and went to the wrong umbrella. Once we went back to the area on Viator's instructions the attendant and driver were both very accommodating. The only reason for four stars is the fact that I could not easily find a way to contact the company and my own disappointment in our vulnerability. Lesson learned.

    It was nice to have a personal driver to our location on the marina in Cabo San Lucas. Follow their instructions and don't stop inside the airport. They will be outside with a clipboard in the green shirts just like they say. The car was clean and the driver gave us a beverage once we left the airport. Very nice.

    This was a nice vehicle and great drivers. The trip from the airport to my hotel was no less than 20 minutes. I really enjoyed the experience and will book them again.
