Your 2.5-hour whale-watching dinner cruise in Los Cabos meets at 3:30pm at the Cabo San Lucas Marina. Board your catamaran boat with a nice welcome from the captain and crew members. They’ll offer you a drink of your choice right from the start.

Cruise the water as your boat makes its way to the Arch of Cabos San Lucas. Snap pictures of the famous landmark before your ship continues on in search of whales. Make sure to keep a lookout for humpback and gray whales, which are both known to call this area home.

After a substantial time whale watching, get ready to enjoy a delicious dinner buffet. Your ship has an open bar during the entire cruise, so take advantage of sipping on your favorite drinks. Watch a short show put on by the crew, and then hit the dance floor.

Once your boat docks back at the marina at about 6:30pm, the rest of the night is in your hands.

This Cruise was so much fun!!! The crew was a blast!!!! We saw a few whales, but it was a little rocky on the water that night. But we would do it again. They took great pictures of our whole family for us to purchase!! Was a great experience!!!
Thanks again!!

We booked this trip on line several weeks in advance of our trip for Thursday evening. I received an email back the day after I booked it that the trip was sold out, and was asked to move to Tuesday. I agreed and we made plans to go. on Tuesday afternoon, one hour before we were to meet at the boat I receive an email that the trip had been cancelled, and they offered no explanation. They asked if we could go another time, and I suggested Thursday, which they said was fine was supposed to be sold out?. We went on Thursday, and the boat was perhaps 1/2 full. Unless they had many cancellations it is hard to believe it was ever sold out. We did find out from the crew that the problem on Tuesday had been that someone bought the entire tour for a private group that afternoon, so they cancelled those with reservations. It was pretty inconsiderate with such short notice, and I was very concerned since my credit card had already been billed for the fee.

The boat and the crew we had for our whale watching trip were outstanding, with plenty of room, and plenty of included beverages. The crew was friendly, entertaining and knowledgeable. They took us out to and around the arch, allowed photo opportunities, and they explained what we were seeing. We were then able to find and follow whales easily, and the staff explained in great detail everything one would want to know about whales and why they are in Mexico.

After the first hour or little more they served dinner, which was very average local food. Luckily we were not counting on a great meal, and the end time of 6:30 allowed us to go to dinner back on land. We snacked on chips and guacamole, but did see there was an option for ordering a lobster tail - a good idea.

Once dinner was over the boat stopped, and the crew began their show. Unfortunately this was mostly just recognizing birthdays, etc. of guests. It then became a dance party, which we were really not interested in. We would much rather have spent 30 more minutes watching whales and skipped the line dancing. Others did seem to enjoy it though, so I cannot speak for all.

Overall it was a good trip, but not sure I would book with them again.
