Loved the history of the family, and the beauty of the wood work inside the house. Our guide was fantastic. Not your usual plantation tour. She gave it more of a personal touch since she lives there and part of the family.

Looking at all of the books and my brother was very freaked out during the tour. That was very funny to watch. I learned a lot about my hometown during the tour that i did not know about.

A beautiful Victorian Gothic ancestral home with six generations of family history. Step back in time with original lighting fixtures, furniture, china, plus so much more. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed touring this beautiful, historic, gothic home. Susan met us on the porch to begin the tour. She resides there with her family, who are the 6th generation to own this home. Many interesting antiques in the home, and Susan shares the history of them. It was a beautiful home to see and they have tried to keep it as original as possible. We enjoyed walking the grounds too. It used to be a sugarcane plantation. Susan was a wonderful hostess and tour guide. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to share the family and the homes history.
