I’ve taken dozens of tours and Dr. Mo was by far the best. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Not only was he a consummate professional, but he also went above and beyond by organizing a birthday celebration for my daughter’s 16th birthday. He helped us to create memories that will last a lifetime and I am grateful. Not only did Dr. Mo guide us and provide an amazing tour in Luxor, Egypt, he also organized a tour for me in Cairo, that was great. My time in Egypt began very rocky, but Dr. Mo turned it into a great experience and helped me to end the trip on a high note. I would definitely suggest and his company if you are planning to travel to Luxor, Cairo, or Aswan.

Fun, but overpriced

So, there’s a lot of pros and cons. The hot air balloon ride did take 2.5 hours to actually get in the balloon and was very short. But it was an AMAZING EXPERIENCE. The tour all together was fun, but tickets to the major sites were not included. It’s pretty expensive package and could have been completed for cheaper after my first few days experience in Egypt. Plus tipping culture is included for both driver and tour guide. The breakfast that’s included was a Twinkie which isn’t a breakfast. Dr. Hassan made it very educational and fun! He was very interactive with us and bonded with us very well! Would give great recommendations and he was very great! Lunch was being pushed, but we declined because we were not feeling well. Overall was organized and would recommend if you want everything planned out for you , but I would not personally do it again for the price.

Just hire a driver with no guide to see all the sites

I was able to visit East and West of the Nile; however, I was unable to do the hot air balloon portion do to bad weather. It’s not the tour company’s fault; however, the tour guide was pushy to get me to confirm another day (which was cancelled again due to weather) or receive compensation via paying no entrance fees for the places we visited (~$20 total). Hot air balloon tours go from $65-$85 so I knew the fee option wasn’t fair. Overall would have been a much cheaper and more fun experience to get a driver for the day and visit all the sites at my own pace. Tour guide had a lot of knowledge but English wasn’t the best so hard to understand and learn anything from him. I think there are much more affordable ways to see the top places in Luxor.

Birthday fun!

We loved our day in Luxor!! We only spent a day and we covered so much thanks to this tour! The hot air balloon was after sunrise, but was incredible! Stunning scenery! The tour itself was so good! It was a good mix of being told a lot of information and then being left to explore ourselves! Lunch was incredible, beautiful local restaurant! We then chose to add a felucca ride for $15 dollars each, and best decision ever! As we were celebrating a birthday Dr Mo and the people on the boat went above and beyond to make it special with balloons, tinsle, birthday cake and dancing! Honestly a great hour on the river cruise in a private boat! Highly recommended this tour!!

We had Dr Mo as our guide and Ali as our driver. Both were great! We got everything promised and more. Dr Mo I Has a doctorate in Egyptology and can answer all of your questions. He moves at your pace to make sure you see everything you want. He recommended a great restaurant but there was no pressure. His recommendation for lunch was the best food we had our whole trip in Egypt. It was a full day but worth every penny and more. We even cancelled our next day's tour with a different company to have him give us the tour.

We were only in Luxor for a day so wanted to make the most of it! Choosing this tour as it had everything we wanted to see. We had Dr Mo as our tour guide, he was amazing! Very educated and interesting, listens to your requests depending on what you do or don't want to do (trust me, that can be hard to find in egyptian tours!!) Dr Mo was also happy to book us a fellucca ride upon request which was the cherry on top! Highly recommend!
