    Sheba tour was very efficient We have done a 30 mn flight Amazing over 30 centuries of history ! It’s worth waking up at 4AM It’s a must do experience .

    What a deception! We booked a sunrise experience with hot air balloon. What a surprise to be informed the day before that the sunrise ride will be switch to a morning ride. The messy organization is a real problem for this experience : the bus collected us really late, we waited more than 1 hour before riding, then the way back to our hotel lasted 1 hour for only 5 km… However, the experience is incredible. What amazing views on plenty of temples and Nile valley. Yet we highly recommend booking the experience through another company than Viator. PS: we wrote back to the agency after the experience, without any answers. Really poor service offered by viator regarding this experience.

    The experience was great in everyway. The pick up was at the exact time and the balloon took off right on time to catch the sunset. We paid for the video additional but yet to see how they have shot it. The views are great and we were also skeptical about the programme as it was quite cheap but "cheap tours" rock!

    Balloon ride was cancelled and we only found out when we rang up to check on the pick up time, they would have let us get up at 3am to wait for a car that was not going to come. Dreadful communication. Massive disappointment

    Amazing views of the temple complex and Luxor overall. Our group leader was helpful and easy to coordinate pick-up/drop-off times with. They provided tea and snacks, and even played the drums during our initial send-off into the air. Incredible experience for sure!

    We wrote the contact number the day before but didn't receive a response. At 3.30am, with the help of the receptionist, we got ahold of the organiser. He told us that he didn't see the booking, although it was done 3 weeks before, and the balloon was already fully booked. He didn't give us a solution and we missed it. If you are booking a balloon ride, I recommend you do it once in Egypt with local guides or your hotel.

    Fun experience. Driver picked us up in a timely manner. Boat Ride to Westbank was nice. Tour guides and Instructors were nice When we were given the clear to Fly, our captain did a great job in maneuvering the balloon and showing us the sites in the area. Definitely an experience I would do again with this company specifically. Worth the money and the experience is thrilling, yet amazing.

    It was very difficult to contact this service provider. I've tried to call them, send them whatsapp, get my hotel to call them, and they only reply back with very little information. They were very demanding in asking for passport photos but did not answer any of the logistic questions we had. Such a terrible experience and will recommend Trip Advisor & Viator to remove this from their recommended service providers. Also the duration of the hot air balloon was very short, and at the end all the staff is very pushy trying to get a tip from all their customers

    Great experience and value for money. Only complaint is was advertised as a sunrise fight but actually took place after sunrise,however still a really enjoyable experience and would definitely recommend.

    My worst travel experience!!! They never showed up for the appointment and we waited for them for a whole hour!! Emails,what's up and phones calls were never answered!!!!! We never got a reply. . .so stay away!!!! Now we are waiting Viator for our refund!!!!

    What an excellent experience! My and my friends had a very amazing time. We got more than expected, the service was just perfect and the ride was well organized, We got picked up on time from our hotel, Caught the sunrise from the beginning and saw some temples from the sky. Also, the price was Impressive, the other companies tried to charge us more for the same ride. Highly recommend! Nothing to complain about!!!

    Everything was superb. The pick up was on the exact scheduled time, Crew were friendly and polite and the Pilot Amr was EXCELLENT he explained to us the sites from the sky. Also, it was super safe, they explained to us the safety measures before the ride Including how the landing will be and etc.... The views from the sky is worth the early morning wake up. We saw such Incredible sites from the sky like Valley of the kings and Colossi of Memnnon. Definitely would recommend and would do it again without a doubt! It deserves 100 Stars!! Thanks again!

    Horrible ! This is a scam! We booked, paid for and was confiemed and got tickets for this ride. We waited at 4am the morning of the ride to be picked up at our hotel at the scheduled time of 4:15 am but noone showed up! We called the phone number listed for the operator and the phone was off!! Never got the ride we paid for. It's a Scam! Do not book anything with this agent! We are still trying to get our money back.
