A Very Good Introduction to Colonial History

If you have limited time in Manila but want a short introduction to the colonial history of the area, this would be a good choice. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and provided some interesting insights to the various places we visited. As someone interested in the history of the Philippines, it was raised more questions for me to look into. My teens also found it interesting and informative.
It was just OK

The guide did not follow us to the sites to provide detailed explanations. Aside from the history given on the way to the sites, we were left pretty much on our own to explore. It would be nice to have him explain to us what we were looking at, as some other guides did. At the end of the tour, through no fault of the guide, we had to wait more than half an hour for our transfer back to the hotel as they switched us to another vehicle. This is poor planning on the company's part.
Terrific

It took multiple e-mails and phone calls before the tour operator informed me about the time and place we would meet. Having been destroyed during WW II, there is very little of historical interest in Manila.

I thoroughly enjoyed my tour and our tour guide Fernando. Fernando was such an awesome tour guide and very knowledgable about the sights and shared much information that caused me to become more intrigued with the city of Manila. I've used Viator on several trips to other countries and this experience was by far the best.

Went on the tour on Wednesday , it was good for the first timer although we spent lots of time in traffic so we didn’t have much time to see the sites it would be better to extend the time to each place for this amount of money.
