Really good for amazing price, the guide was awesome, helpful and very ready to assist anyone.
We decided to book our tour the day before our arrival date. The hotel receptionist handed an envelope containing the confirmation/instruction letter from Viator, which we truly appreciated. The whole tour was amazing as we were able to discover Macau's culture, history, some must see places and must activities/experiences. We were blessed with good weather that day. No sun, no rain but clear sky. We were able to meet new people from different sides of the world. Cisco, our tour guide, was great! We learned a lot from his expertise. He walked too fast, so we really have to catch his pace. This is not a shopping tour, his usual remark. Just to remind everyone, especially ladies, to stay focus. My husband was more delighted with it, t'was economical, hahahaha! Cisco, even included a quick trip to Venetian which was not originally on the list. Be conscious with the time and make sure to show up at the designated meeting place for head count before heading to the next destination. Overall, my husband and I had a great Macau 101 sight seeing experience. We would recommend this to those who would like to enjoy Macau other than its bustling city. Please don't miss The House of Dancing Water, Golden Reel, Sky Tower, Taipa Village, casino hopping, watch some other shows and discover other activities not included in this tour. Everything is worth a visit. Till next time.

Our tour guide, Cisco, was the best! He gave many useful info about Macau and its top attractions. He even gave photo recommendations so we and #39;ll have a good remembrance from our trip. He was accommodating and friendly. The tour was also great!
Great tour! Francisco was a great guide. If you want to know everything and anything about Macau, he knows. From the start of the tour to the end of the tour, he took good care of us. This was an English tour but you had a mix of different nationalities. So, if you have 7 - 8 hours and want to get the most out of Macau, take this tour and hope that you get Francisco.
It was well covered and yay only one casino and that was at the end of the day.
Cisco was very well informed and organised, many thanks.
Our guide, Cisco was fantastic. He was so knowledgeable about all the local culture and history of the very beautiful Macau. We saw some fabulous sights, most notably the Ruins of St Paul and tasted the best Portugese tarts ever! Great way to spend a day in Macau
Lovely! Cisco, our tour guide was wonderful. I really appreciated how he set time limits in sights we visited and kept the group in line without being mean or rude. He is great at this job. And, he was always offering options for things to do (usually a choice between two things). A lovely time was had by all.
I love this tour lead by Cisco the guide. He was funny yet knowledgeable. He took us through back streets near the Ruins of Saint Paul's and explained in detail Macau's history and shared little anecdotes such as where the location of Indiana Jones movie was shot. Worth every single cent!!
good city tour of macau. Our guide, Mario, was very knowledgeable, responsible, and funny. We joined the tour in Macau at 10:30. Unfortunately, we had to wait the for the rest of the group coming from Hong Kongso the tour didn't really start until 11:00am. overall, a good tour.
The day tour of Macau was perfect. Great overview of the entire city in 7 hours. The guides knowledge was fabulous with a lot of knowledge about the history and culture of the city. I would highly recommend this tour.
Yes really enjoyed the tour very informative and the lunch we had was really nice
We loved the City tour. The knowledge and insights of the very seasoned tour guide, Mario, was excellent. We learned more about Macau much more than any history book can offer.
The places we visited truly represented the city.
This would have been excellent if not for poor feedback in the booking
Great tour. Our tour guide, Cisco, did a great job keeping us altogether and he was very knowledgable about everything Macau. Good to see there is more to Macau than gambling!
I thought this tour was a little scattered... while the tour guide was full of info, there was a large (mixed) group of us and at times it felt like we were all just sitting around waiting for the rest of the group. The tour didn't cover a massive amount of sites but it was a good way to see the main sites if your time in Macau is limited.

My tour contact and the air condition bus were the best thing with this tour! Our guide Cisco changed the itinerary for St Paul square. Instead of 30 min tops, the options were a 60 min walking tour in the heat of the day or 60 min at the Jackie Chan casino. Endless to say half the tourists in the bus split and lost out in seeing St Paul square due to risk of heatstroke.
The trip has been good with the tour guide assigned to our group is well-versed almost in every aspect of Macau.
Macau is a beautiful and interesting place full of history. I enjoyed traveling around and seeing different parts of the city. Overall, the tour was pretty pleasant but we had a number of issues as well. First of all, the listing had said to meet at the Taipa Temporary Ferry Terminal the morning of our tour. After waiting for a half an hour, we called Viator and were told the location of the meeting point had been changed to the Macau Ferry Terminal. Neither of us had been given any indication that this would be happening. If we had not called to check, we would have missed the tour. Once we got to the terminal and on the tour bus it was more enjoyable. But there were some problems with the audio in the tour bus and it was difficult to hear our tour guide Mario. Mario had some good stories and knew a lot of the history of Macau.I enjoyed hearing the perspective 6f a Portuguese person who had lived there for thirty three years. Mario had a good level of energy and was comical at times, but overall he was my biggest problem with the tour. I found the majority of his behavior to be offensive at times. He was very rude to other travelers or tourists and repeatedly made his negative opinions of Chinese people heard. This made me extremely uncomfortable and angry during the tour. I spoke with other group members who shared the same sentiment about Mario and his behavior. Overall this tour visited some nice places, lunch was good, and the city is beautiful. If it weren't for the inappropriate actions of our tour guide, it would have been a much more enjoyable experience. My friend and I visited some of the same places later on in our trip on our own and had a very pleasant time.
We were in a magnificent city with so much potential to learn about how a culture was developed from this uniquely developed community. The number of problems were from our tour guides pride in how much he knew about things that had nothing to do with the tour and that he had zero control over the people on the tour group.
Cisco knew plenty about Macau. He was insightful and knew the area well. He ALSO knew several languages and has been to numerous places around the world, which he managed to work in quite well. Nobody seemed to care about those things. Cisco seemed focused on telling us about what upset people about his previous tours. It became a joke to guess how mad he was going to say the people from the previous tours got at him, once telling us that some other patrons had almost hit him. It got to the point that I couldn't wait for the tour to be over.
One thing I almost felt the need to get involved in was an incident with another guide on our tour who I guess was speaking Polish. Loudly. Cisco did, as he did constantly when stressing anything, say the same thing repeatedly, which in this instance was that this was an English speaking tour. The Polish ? interpreter was loud. Extremely loud. Cisco said nothing, even though she sat in the middle of the bus with her group in their language and talked over Cisco. When we were on a walk, one patron asked her to speak more softly so he could hear Cisco. She said something rude and then kept speaking over Cisco. Cisco said nothing. Once we got back on the bus, the Polish interpreter aggressively confronted the Australian gentleman, who was an elderly man, standing over him and being unsettlingly loud and rude to the man. The Aussie tried to get out of the conversation, but she persisted for a couple of minutes. Cisco said nothing. She continued to be loud with her group.
I'm running out of room, but I'd say if you get a guide named Cisco, RUN. He ruined something I was immensely excited about.
