The guide was experienced and efficient.
The tour had something for everyone.
Cisco was an excellent guide, knowledgeable and entertaining. This tour gave us an excellent first impression into Macau's attractions, both historical and modern worldi.e. casinos ones and makes you want to explore Macau more in depth. The tour offered something for everyone.
Everything was excellent - our superguide Mario gave us a lot of information about Macau and showed the most interesting places. This tour was full of impressions and data, as well as with very kind and sometimes funny presentation. It is very valuable that in spite of tight schedule we had enough time for lunch included and for souvenirs. Also I would like to mention the kindness and flexibility of the boss of the company unfortunately I dont remember his name.
This was an amazing tour hosted by Mario! Mario was extremely knowledgeable about Macau's history and culture as he was a former member of the Portuguese colonial government. If you want to see the real Macau -- beyond the glitz and glamour of the casinos -- I highly recommend this tour.

Mario our tour guide for the day, was informative, witty and very funny which makes for an enjoyable day.
We got to see lots of places not even on the tour list, which made the day even more exciting. Mario knows all the best spots to show us and I totally recommend this tour.
Cisco was informative and organized while maintaining a great sense of humor. The tour met all expectations.
Pretty good tour visits most of the historical and important sites of Macau. Cisco I hope I got his name right was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and concerns.
Really good for amazing price, the guide was awesome, helpful and very ready to assist anyone.
We decided to book our tour the day before our arrival date. The hotel receptionist handed an envelope containing the confirmation/instruction letter from Viator, which we truly appreciated. The whole tour was amazing as we were able to discover Macau's culture, history, some must see places and must activities/experiences. We were blessed with good weather that day. No sun, no rain but clear sky. We were able to meet new people from different sides of the world. Cisco, our tour guide, was great! We learned a lot from his expertise. He walked too fast, so we really have to catch his pace. This is not a shopping tour, his usual remark. Just to remind everyone, especially ladies, to stay focus. My husband was more delighted with it, t'was economical, hahahaha! Cisco, even included a quick trip to Venetian which was not originally on the list. Be conscious with the time and make sure to show up at the designated meeting place for head count before heading to the next destination. Overall, my husband and I had a great Macau 101 sight seeing experience. We would recommend this to those who would like to enjoy Macau other than its bustling city. Please don't miss The House of Dancing Water, Golden Reel, Sky Tower, Taipa Village, casino hopping, watch some other shows and discover other activities not included in this tour. Everything is worth a visit. Till next time.
Our tour guide, Cisco, was the best! He gave many useful info about Macau and its top attractions. He even gave photo recommendations so we and #39;ll have a good remembrance from our trip. He was accommodating and friendly. The tour was also great!
Great tour! Francisco was a great guide. If you want to know everything and anything about Macau, he knows. From the start of the tour to the end of the tour, he took good care of us. This was an English tour but you had a mix of different nationalities. So, if you have 7 - 8 hours and want to get the most out of Macau, take this tour and hope that you get Francisco.
It was well covered and yay only one casino and that was at the end of the day.
Cisco was very well informed and organised, many thanks.
Our guide, Cisco was fantastic. He was so knowledgeable about all the local culture and history of the very beautiful Macau. We saw some fabulous sights, most notably the Ruins of St Paul and tasted the best Portugese tarts ever! Great way to spend a day in Macau
Lovely! Cisco, our tour guide was wonderful. I really appreciated how he set time limits in sights we visited and kept the group in line without being mean or rude. He is great at this job. And, he was always offering options for things to do (usually a choice between two things). A lovely time was had by all.
I love this tour lead by Cisco the guide. He was funny yet knowledgeable. He took us through back streets near the Ruins of Saint Paul's and explained in detail Macau's history and shared little anecdotes such as where the location of Indiana Jones movie was shot. Worth every single cent!!
Our guide Cisco is the total package for this tour. He even help us get tickets for the House of the Dancing Water which is not even part of the tour. This tour is a must for people who first timers in Macau.
First I gotta defend Cisco a little: he tries hard, he likes what he does and he is knowledgeable. He does tend to treat the groups as children, but some times deservedly so... I don't like people on the tour being late and it was fun seeing Cisco absorbing all the stress and not me! Macau exceeded my expectations, it's perfect for a one day tour no more, unless you are a gambler and want to stay overnight, for which you will have plenty of options. The old part of the city is charming, and a nice walk. Cisco will offer you to order ahead Portuguese tarts, you definitely have to try them, they are delicious! Even if you are on a diet, order two per person, and one box of six to go, you will not regret it!!
