Pedro was a brilliant tour guide, he took us to places we would never have found by ourselves. We tasted lovely authentic tapas and Pedro's knowledge of the history of Madrid was very interesting too. The beauty of the tour is that you are also fast tracked to prebooked tables and the staff are prepared for our visit and its very well organised. Pedro advised us on drinks to pair with the food. I found the visit to the "ham" shop very interesting, tasting and learning about the different qualities of iberico ham. Finishing off the tour with churrios and chocolate ,what's not to like.

Everything was great! Brian did a great job picking the restaurants and food selections. He was personable and knowledgeable. It’s always a plus when you end up with a group of people you enjoy sharing such a fun experience with.

Pedro had carefully chosen four different sites in the Old City to give a wide experience of the foods of Madrid. He suggested alcohol pairings but open to requests of the group. Then, while we were sampling, he gave us bits of history as well as details about what we were tasting. Everything that I had hoped for and more.

Pedro and Brian were absolutely amazing! We stopped at 4 restaurants/taverns and they provided us with the perfect Madrid taste experience along with some history and tips about traveling in Madrid. We had 2 families including 4 - 19 and 20 year olds and the girls really enjoyed the experience, especially the Iberian Ham and wine and the chocolate and churros! Thanks Pedro and Brian!

Don't miss out on this amazing tour! I've done a lot of food tours around the world and this was easily one of the best experiences. Pedro was a fantastic guide and his passion and love for the village of Madrid shines through! He taught us so many interesting facts about the history of Madrid from past to present day plus gave us a whole lesson on the jamón and how to pick quality cuts. He puts a lot of effort into taking you to places of interest that maybe you wouldn't know to go to if you weren't a local. The jamón plate he specifically has put together was top notch and the perfect way to learn by tasting the different types. I went solo but the total group size was 7 so it was still small and intimate. Our group was vibing so well that we all went for another drink after the tour! The tour was supposed to be 3 hours but Pedro spent 4 hours with us, going above and beyond to make the whole evening a core memory. Thank you Pedro for making this such a fun night!

Pedro our tour guide was awesome. he took us to several places which served all spanish tradional dishes like spanish omelet, chorizo, patatas brava and a cosido madrileno that was to die for. this included cava, wine, vermouth, sherry etc. I highly recommend this one.

It was so such a great experience learning about wine and the food pairing. A 3 hour tour became a 4 hour tour because the group got along so well and had so much fun! I highly recommend this tour!

This tour exceeded my expectations. Pedro didn’t take us just for ‘some’ tapas, but he hand picked only the very iconic spots for a traditional sampling, all the while giving us an easy history overview and walking tour. From the creamiest croquettes of cod, excellent wines, to the the best liquid chocolate you’ll ever sample, it was so enjoyable. I really appreciate all the detail with visual illustrations to identify the types of iberico, as well as the side by side tasting so that you can truly appreciate the differences. Highly recommend Pedro’s tour!

Pedro provided us with wonderful samplings of true Spanish food and drink. During our excursion he told us the history of the Village of Madrid. Once you experience the trip you will understand why I call it a village. If you only take one tour in Madrid, this is the one to take
