This cooking class was a lot of fun. Being a person who enjoys to cook food, getting tips and insight into Spanish cooking was a real treat. The instructor was patient and was able to educate us all on the details of preparing Sangria, Spanish Omelet, and Pealla. I highly recommend this experience!

Chef Fernando was entertaining, informative and had a great sense of humor. The class included preparation of a fruit salad/cervice, Spanish omelette, paella, and apples with brandy. In the market he educated us on selection of meats and spices and he walked us through the food prep and cooking process. A five star experience!

This was an excellent program. We regard this Paella cooking class as one of the more interesting things that we did during our recent trip to Madrid. The location was interesting by itself. The class leader was interesting and dynamic. He provided a lot of cooking insights not only about paella and about both Spanish cuisine and cooking in general. At the end of the class, the class leader provided shopping insights, recipes and information regarding food and eating in Madrid--and everyone in the class enjoyed eating the several courses that we had prepared.

This is a must do! We wanted to do something different in Madrid whilst combining food, drink, and meeting new people. We got exactly what we wanted and more! Fernando was amazing, very informative, extremely funny, and involved everyone in the class. Sitting down together to eat after was awesome!

Great small cooking class. Instructor was amazing and food was incredible. We've already made our own Paella at home and it was awesome.
My only advice - bring a pen and paper to take notes. There is a lot of great info that isn't included in the recipe book you get.

This experience was amazing! We thought we were just making paella but we learned how to make 4 dishes! Our chef teacher was so nice, spoke English very well, and spent quality time with us. We were fortunate as my husband and I were the only ones in the class!
