I went on June 24 (Friday) with my 14 year old daughter and we both had a great time. Definitely worth doing. We helped cook Spanish Torlilla, Paella, made Sangria and a salad and also had an apple flambé. Food was delicious. Can and #39;t wait to receive the recipes via email. Thank you Chef!

Class was amazing! I learned a lot more than how to make paella, like tortilla espanola, my favorite! Only problem was two Spanish speakers joined our group so teacher translated between English and Spanish. I didn and #39;t mind but it did make class run longer, which I was on a time crunch.
