This was our first guided tour in a museum and it was a terrific experience. We saw and learned so much thanks to our wonderful guide, Fernando. This was one of the major highlights of our trip to Madrid. Highly recommend.
Fernnado, our guide for the Prada museum skip the line tour was very knowledgeable and presented the many works of art effectively and with a wonderful perspective. We were very happy to have taken this tour.
Fernando was a great guide and knew a ton about the history and the art of the Prado. When we decided we also wanted to see the Reina Sofia, he took us on another tour later that day. Highly recommend!
And it was a pleasure to have you in both places! Thank you very much, enjoy the rest of the trip. I can't see your name from here but, if I'm not wrong, may I say that I wish you the happiest life? Congratulations!!!
P. S. (if this is not the couple I meant, I wish you the happiest life too!! -to get married is not the only time you shall desire this, don't you think-)
Spectacular guided visit to taste a bit of the Prado

I can not recommend highly enough our fantastic tour by Fernando. There were so many things great about it. When you see the line, you will rejoice that you are not in it. The group was limited to 6 people, so there was no issue with seeing the painting he was offering for our viewing and learning. But perhaps what i liked the best was that he totally added immensely (and i mean that) to the way i will look at artwork going forward. He pointed out how to see the expressions in faces (or lack of them) and talked about how he saw that. And guided us to see what the artist might have been thinking as well as how the art fit into its time in history. We've had a number of guided tours over the years but this one stood out in his knowledge, choice of selections (you can only see a teeny bit of the museum in the time allotted), and what to look for. When we visited another museum the next day, we found ourselves asking similar questions -- that was truly cool. I can't remember what we paid but we got more than that in value.
Fernando our guide was fabulous! He was very informative & knowledgeable of the the various artists
and works of art. We thoroughly enjoyed our museum tour & would highly recommend this small size tour.
Such an important museum could only be truly appreciated following a great guide. Mr Fernando was paramount for the excellent experience to happen. Another important strength of this guided visit was its limited to 6 people size, making it more enjoyable, personal and opened to Q&A.
