My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our tapas cooking class! We participated in preparing 5 tapas, 1 dessert and an abundant amount of delicious sangria. Eduardo speaks excellent English while explaining each recipe in detail. Upon completion of the scrumptious meal we received a booklet containing all the recipes! We hope to return someday to take more of Eduardo's classes!!
This was the highlight of our Spain vacation! The food was so good and we all had such a great time. My friend is gluten free and they had substitutions for her. When I booked this, my two friends thought it was a strange activity but we still talk about it all the time. Do THIS!
What an excellent experience. The group was comprised of only six people, so the setting was very intimate and not crowded. Great tapas were made, with fun experiences shared. We also were able to learn more about living in Madrid from the Chef who provided us with the cooking lessons. All in all a great experience.

This is a must do. Our instructor was warm and easy to understand. The meal was fabulous and the conversation was entertaining. I highly recommend this cooking class.
The instructor gave us a great tour of the market before starting the class. I had never made paella before and left with two jars of saffaron so I could repeat the recipe at home! I think this class is perfect for anyone wanting to add a bit of Spanish flare to their next dinner party.
Excellent day going to market and cooking paella. It is a well-tooled kitchen for instruction. Lilly made it fun and entertaining.I would highly recommend this class.
Highly recommended - something different to do from the usual tourist activities while in Madrid.... Host Eduardo takes you through the steps to produce a number of typical tapas dishes, which you get to enjoy once completed.... a very pleasant way to spend a little time in Madrid ....
The cooking class in Madrid was fantastic. Me and my companions reserved the Paella cooking class, which starts at 10am to 2pm and we enjoyed every minute. Our instructor Laura was the best. We spent the first hour at the market, learning about the produce, meats, fish, and poultry that would be used in our dishes. Along with lessons on what is locally grown and how they are used in Spanish cooking. We than return to the classroom to prepare Sangria, Gazpacho and Paella. Our class consisted of 7 students and we laughed, learned and loved every minute. I would highly recommend this activity to any family or friends travelling to Madrid and if Im ever fortunate enough to return, I would like to take the afternoon Tapas class.
