Fascinante !!!!

Great tour which I highly recommend. Lots of walking so wear comfortable shoes. The city of Toledo is full of history with a mix of Arab, Jewish and Christian heritages. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Centre and worth visiting.

An excellent tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and imparted a great deal of information. Highly recommend the tour.

The best part of this day tour was the tour guide. She was very well versed on the area and spoke 3 languages since our group had English, Spanish and Italian speaking members making it difficult to get a lot of information due to time constraints. The worst part of this tour was undoubtedly the sponsoring tour group organization. They picked us up near our hotel and for the next 90 minutes, we rode around picking up others and then waited at a location for others to join and then for some of us to change buses. They seemed totally disorganized. Part of the problem is they offer full day, part day and just those who wanted to get to Toledo on the same bus. Total confusion. Additionally, those of us who bought the full day including a traditional lunch should had avoided the lunch option. It was terrible. We would have been better off going out for lunch on our own. Toledo has several good restaurants to choose from.

Glad I got to see Toledo, but I had just used this company in Lisbon for a day trip and had the most amazing experience. They were late picking us up by 40 minutes with no communication. They then kept shuffling people on and off buses. They seemed extremely unorganized. Once we got to Toledo our guide had such a huge group of us and trying speak in 2 languages and keep us all together. There were a group of people on our trip that were only doing the half day and we decided we didn't want to stay the full day anymore as we were frustrated. We were then attacked by our tour guide that we needed to make a decision and we wouldn't be getting our money back which we never asked for or intended on asking for. Ultimately we did decide to go back to Madrid and not participate in the full day.

As a destination Toledo was fantastic but the tour was in both Spanish and English so it felt like our guide was rushing to give all the information. Also the group was too large, you couldn't hear a thing at the chapel. Lunch was awful, I suggest doing lunch on your own.

Very good tour but lunch was rushed by the restaurant and not enjoyable either by the atmosphere or the food

I very much enjoyed Toledo as a city. The included lunch however was not worth the price. You had to choose between wine, beer, water or coffee. Usually at least the water and coffee are included. And the food was substandard. I'd done better on my own. Also, I left my Ray-Ban sunglasses on the bus, on the seat behind the guide. I noticed this a few minutes after getting off, and had my hotel call them to retrieve the glasses and they were not returned to me. I suspect I left more of a tip than I'd planned. But, as far as Toledo, it's totally worth going.

Wow! Toledo is a city not to be missed and this tour is the way to see it. You get so culturally enriched by the tour guide especially if you opt for the smallest walking tour. This is a must do.
