After pickup in a central Malaga location, relax in an air-conditioned minivan as you travel along the coast to the quaint village of Frigiliana. Note the shimmering tableau of whitewashed houses on arrival and stroll the charming streets to a medieval Moorish fortress. Hear of the fortification’s intriguing origin and then peruse the village’s interesting throng of shops for rustic pottery and sweet dessert wine.
Wander the cliffside promenade located outside of the village for sweeping vistas of the ocean and its hazy mountainous perimeter. Return to the vehicle for the short drive to Nerja, another beautiful village replete with winding lanes and flowering balconies, and spend some leisurely free time exploring independently.
Upgrade your tour to explore the Caves of Nerja, a prehistoric natural landmark famed for its mystifying cave paintings. Embark on a guided tour and see the vast caverns and galleries within the caves before returning to your spacious vehicle for the journey back to Malaga.
Awesome loved it !!!!! Would do it again in a heart beat!
Beautiful town ,thank you for providing the train tramp around the town. Thank you
Wonderful trip. First class. Guide was extremely knowledgable and helpful. Have used your tours before and will do so again.
It was amazing. A lovely tour. We loved the white houses.
I would love to have spent more time in both small towns, but for one day, this is a very good choice. Take the caves option for sure, as there is nothing like them.
Nerja and Frigiliana are very nice cities and the caves must be seen by everyone who is on holidays net to them. But the time spend in Frigiliana was a little too long. This time could have been spend in Nerja instead, for example.
Tour bus arrived 45 minutes late but the guide did give a good explanation as to why. The time was added on to the end of the tour too so nothing was missed out. Comfy bus and tour guide was friendly and personable.
This was ok. The Nerja part was great only based upon the Cave tour...if not it is only the European Balacony for a view which we could have done without if we didn't include the Cave tour. The cave tour to me is what made this trip worth it. The Frigiliana part was good but only because of the train ride not included and it was a beautiful village for it's looks...reminded us of Greece.

A good way to see some of the coastal area outside Malaga. The towns themselves are pretty but you could really see all you want in each town in an hour or less.
Nerja is a tourist town with a lot of shops and restaurants and a beautiful view of the sea. Unfortunately, I misunderstood the guide and missed the caves. Frigiliana is an atmospheric Moorish town and well worth the visit.
