Great way to see the city of Palma. The location on where to meet was not easy but once we found the starting point, it was all down hill from there. The location of the starting point is near the Dock. and the Bus stop is Porta Pi.

Great overview of area for first-timers to this city. Commentaries by the guides provided history and insight of the beautiful sites. The only downside was the group was a little on the large side making it difficult to hear everything the guide was explaining. Perhaps personal earbuds would alleviate this.

Made a change from walking around. Mostly on cycle paths or on the narrow streets around Palma's cathedral. My wife and I, in our sixties enjoyed it. Leisurely pace throughout.

This was one of our favorite parts of our European vacation! We were in a small group, which definitely helped. But it was calm and enjoyable, while still beautiful and educational. This is definitely worth doing. My daughter didn't love the Tapas, but still appreciated it as part of the experience. We would do it again in a heartbeat and neither one of us had ridden a bike in years. :

This was really fun and relaxing - the tapas were great and the ride was so refreshing after so many city tours we have done lately.

Excellent tour that exceeded our expectations. Lead by James, our guide, our route through old town Palma was always interesting and James' commentary inciteful, with plenty to see and take in.
Terrain is fairly flat with the odd shallow incline, but nothing too taxing. Given the distance from the cruise trerminal to the old town this was the ideal way to explore without resorting to long walks or expensive transport.

Jamie did a fabulous job! This tour was very informative and the architecture was explained thoroughly. This is not a trip to take if you want to go into different buildings or cathedrals. Also, this is not a strenuous bicycle ride. Mallorca is a great island and Palma is a beautiful old city with so much history.

We would highly recommend this tour. It was great alternative to a walking tour. Our guide was excellent and made it a very enjoyable day. He was professional and knowledgeable. My family of 5 youngest 18 had no trouble keeping up. It was a great way to see the old city. Lots of things that you may not have seen otherwise. Tapas were a nice addition at local restaurant. Overall a very enjoyable day.

Our guide, James, was knowledgeable about the city's history and considerate. He took time to go over the safety rules which was appreciated. The tapis was delicious so I highly recommended it. I was worry about the conditions of the bikes as one review said they were not that great. But the bikes are in great condition. The only suggestion I have is more detail direction to locate the bike shop as this was not obvious and I had to asked around.

We were met promptly at the designated location outside the ship terminal, walked the 3 minutes to the Palma on Bike storefront where well-kept bikes and helmets were awaiting us. 10 of us took off with John on a 3.5 hour safe and friendly adventure including a 1/2 hour stop for Tapas at a local restaurant price included in our particular tour. The food was delicious! Our guide was patient, kind and informative. Could not ask for a better shore excursion. This is how ours went... after a lovely 15 minute ride along the harbor bicycle path, we stopped at the Palma Cathedral del Seu and then into town nothing very steep at all- never had to walk the bike and there we stopped at the Convento de Santa Clara, and heard many interesting stories, especially at the Palau March Museu .... after our meal, we stopped by other sites including La Llotta the old merchant's guild and then headed back along the harbor for a prompt return. I would recommend to anyone who feels comfortable on a multi-speed bike. Our group ranged from 20 years to 65 years... and I think that teenagers would be comfortable, as well.

Our tour guide Jammie a name he said we could call him of Palma bike tours was absolutely excellent! The ride was easy, Jammie was knowledgeable, he highlighted the safety measures of riding a bike and riding a bike in Palma Mallorca, he allowed time for photos throughout the tour, and we went to some important sites, we stopped at one very important site and had cookies at Convento de Santa Clara that was baked by nuns. I absolutely will visit Palma again and take an extended tour with Jammie and Palma Bikes.

This bike tour was amazing! There were only 3 of us on the tour and our guide was incredible. We toured the old section of town extensively, thru streets that that held unexpected delights at each turn. You would be hard pressed to find all these gems on your own. We stopped at a cloister where we bought cookies from the nuns, they couldn't see us and we could not see them. It was an experience that you must take time for. The tapas portion of the tour was yummy. An extra 1 euro gave you a 4th tapa that we then had a hard time eating - these things are scrumptious and large. Our guide, wish I could remember his name was informative, easy to understand, and we could tell loved what he was doing. At the end he gave us the opportunity to leave our bikes in the old town so we could explore some more. I would have to give this an 11 out of 10! Don't miss this one.

Fantastic! James was a wonderful and knowledgeable guide! Enjoyed the sites and the tapas!!!! Terrain was fairly flat with just a few uphill grades. Only one hill was fairly steep and needed to walk up a very short distance. The pace was perfect, not too fast. The bike lanes in Palma are spacious and clearly marked. Perfect for a day stop on our cruise.

Great way to explore the town, fun and safe. Make sure to book with getting the tapas. The food was awesome and was a highlight of the tour. In addition, this was the same company the cruise line used at half the price!!

Our tour was so much fun and we got to see and learn more than we had anticipated. Pick up point was right outside the cruise terminal and was so convenient for us. Our guide Jaime was brilliant! Highly recommended.

Palma on Bike was a great choice for our excursion. Our guide, Juan, was superb. He graciously handled a little logistical hassle related to where the cruise ship docked and made sure that the tour was a success. We had kids through 50 year olds on the trip and everyone had a ball. I would recommend this bike shop to any visitor. Thanks again for a fantastic trip around Palma!

This was an amazing tour!!!! Our guide was fantastic, and helpful and knowledgeable. My fanily thought this was our best tour of our vacation. We rode for hours all across Palma both up hills and down. The Tapas was amazing as well. I am so glad that we did this tour. I was surprised that I was not sore even after riding for hours. I'm not in the best shape. Please book this tour, you will not be disappointed. Thank you for the follow up emails durig our cruise to keepp us informed of location changes.

Best way to see the city! Covered way more area than possible on foot. We had a fantastic tour. We had the good fortune to be in port on a Sunday. The entire city shuts down on Sunday so were able to zip through the streets and see all the sites as if the city was ours! The tapas were delicious as well.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and it was a fun way to see the city. However, someone should correct the guide about his comments about the Jews since it was very offensive and not true!

A bit difficult to find the agency from the terminal even though I asked several locals.. if you know where you're going the agency is directly across the Main st of the port. There is another bike tour agency at the port which know Palma on Bike, so I recommend asking them for directions. We didn't and hence wandered a bit. James was excellent, very enthusiastic. He made sure we where all safe crossing streets and at busy intersections. He went out of his way to get my husband a pork-free pincho at the tapas stop and felt terrible that the restaurant messed up the order anyway.we are giving the tour 4 stars because we wished the route included a stop at the beach. I was hoping to see if the beach was worth a return trip to Malloraca. Also, wish the starting time was closer to the ship arrival time. We could have gotten off the boat at 1pm, but the tour didn't start until 330pm. James said that the Norwegian official tour uses their agency and their tour was at 2pm and that's why. That still doesn't fullly explain it because there was a separate guide for that tour. Plus, if we started sooner the group would have been less anxious getting back. Per the ship, We were supposed to be back by 730pm. We were getting back on the ship at 715pm. Overall, if you're not planning on going to the beach and want a tour around town I'd definitely recommend this one. You also do NOT have to be an experienced biker. We used the bike lane and then pedesterian streets when there was no bike lane. Finally, would have prefered 10 max on the tour we had 12 people.
