What To Expect

Your day trip to Disneyland® Paris starts by boarding your coach in central Paris for the drive east of the city to the theme park resort in Marne-la-Vallée. When booking, select admission to Disneyland® Park only or combine with admission to Walt Disney Studios® Park, as well.

Once inside, you’re free to enjoy the parks’ attractions, 'lands,' rides and more at your leisure. Restaurants are available for lunch and snacks (own expense). After a full day, you can relax on the evening coach ride back to central Paris.

Great day out. Buses on time morning and evening. Only 30 mins for Paris to the park. Full day arrived 9.30 left at 19.00 prompt.

The description of the experience indicated that we would be “Guaranteed to skip the lines”. There was absolutely no skipping of any lines, we had to wait in all of them, and they were very long. (It’s to be expected, which is why we were excited about this experience guaranteeing that we would skip them.) Also, the tour operator just dropped us off at the entrance to the park with our tickets. No information was provided about where or when to meet the bus for our return ride. We contacted the tour operator and received the information we needed to meet the bus for pickup, and the bus was a half hour late picking us up. The tour operator was convincing and seemed sincere in explaining that our tour price did not include the premiere access/“guaranteed to skip the line” that we thought we were paying for, so I suspect that the error was on the part of Viator. We’ll just book directly with the actual tour operators in the future, though probably not with this one.

Don’t Expect Pretty Disneyland Paris Coach!

Started out with a bit of confusion as tour guide & coach were not at designated meeting point at designated pickup time, i. e. across Bercy Village on the Place de Vins de France. Other tourists were waiting too, until a tourist saw a non-descript plain white bus on the opposite side of the place. We were looking for the pretty purple bus with Disneyland Paris as shown in the add. Guide wasn’t holding up a tour sign either. However, the guide assisted in purchasing Disneyland París Parcs tickets as we were unable to do so online from home. Note: parcs tickets have to be pre-bought, one can not buy tickets at entrance. Coach also made a stop at outlet shops as we were expecting a direct non-stop trip. Although the Pickup time of 18:45 was communicated, coach did not arrive until 19:25 which concern several of tourists waiting. In our opinion, it is best to find an alternate method of transportation with less issues. Awarded 3 stars because of help procuring tickets at the last minute, otherwise would have been 2 stars.

Terrible 😭. Very disappointed,Me and my family were at the Disney gate to get in and we weren't able because I was trying to scan the QR code. We were send to this building and the man in charge told us on the confirmation it was something about meeting this guy in Paris to get my tickets. What kind of business y'all run? I just lost $ 650. What are my options to get my money back?

Great experience. We arrived early being 30mins trip and the security clearance was swift. The experience is better felt and not just descriptive.

Well tour was delayed due to guests being late. Upon going to second park of Disneyland which I purchased 2 park pass told by park that it was only 1 park. Had to contact tour operators to get second pass emailed for second park. Never told what time bus would be coming to pickup but asked when I called about second pass and told 7pm and again had to wait for late guests who never showed up.

Our Day at Disneyland Paris

The arrangements of where to meet the bus to go to Disneyland were perfect, especially since we already took a tour two days prior. Having our tickets presented at departure assured a quick entry into the park to get started on our day. Our concern was our return trip. As nothing was marked, we had to remember exactly where we were dropped off. To ensure we were where we should be, we arrived before our designated pick up time. It happened to be in the early 40s Fahrenheit with a strong wind and no shelter. The driver did not arrive, so we called the company. They reached the driver and called us back to make sure we were picked up. The company service was spot on and customer service was great. The pick up driver was not personable and appeared to be offended we called. We were dropped off by a metro station and not the hotel we were picked up at. It was confusing and disorienting to say the least. The beginning experience was so pleasant and to end our day trying to figure out where we were put a slight damper on it. This review is positive towards the company, but negative for the return driver. Hopefully he will learn to be friendly in the future.
Getting to Disneyland Paris

ParisCityVision certainly made it a cinch to visit Disneyland Paris. The bus was comfortable and the driver got us there quickly even with the heavy traffic. The package included tickets to both parks (Disneyland Paris and Walt Disney Studios) and transportation to and from. The only hiccup was when we caught the bus back to Paris. There was no organization or company representative to control the large group of people pushing their way onto the vehicle. After a long day at the theme parks, everyone just wanted to go home, manners and etiquette completely forgotten. We booked two excursions through ParisCityVision via Viator and both had organization issues with the loading of passengers.

Tickets did not have the price printed on it

We wanted to extend our ticket to the other park by paying an additional amount. However, tickets we got from the tour operator did not have any price printed on it. Therefore, we had to completely buy new tickets rather than upgrading our 1 park ticket to 2 parks. To upgrade the ticket it would have been 30 Euros. Since the price was not there, we had to buy a completely new ticket which was almost about 70-80 Euros per person.

Coach transportation was nice. Park hop was included and flash passes are free near each ride you can only use them 2 hours apart though. If it rains, visit downtown Disney. It's not Disneyworld in Orlando, Florida, but it's still nice.

It was mid winter and a very small group - just three people - who were ready to come home before time but the mini van didn't appear until 7:10pm, after the group being asked to be ready to go at 6:45 - which they were. Other than this, no problem - good people, good price and felt safe.

Disneyland was great, smaller than the one in Florida but we expected that and that wast the issue. Our issue came at the departure time when we were told by Pariscitytour the company in charge of the tour to meet at our pick-up location at 7pm b/c the bus would leave promptly at 7:15pm and anyone not there would be left to find their way home. We were all there waiting and became worried that we had somehow missed the bus until we realized that everyone that came on the bus that morning was still there. The bus didn't show up until 7:50pm and when the bus driver arrived there was no explanation or apology he just told us to get on the bus and took off.

Pick up went as expected and...

Pick up went as expected and shuttled to Disneyland. Told multiple times of return time and to be there because they would leave without us if we were late. Had a great time at Disneyland dispite rainy weather. Returned to bus area and waited for 1 1/2 hours past expected departure time for the bus. Tried calling agency and calls not picked up. Downpour and cold with no place to sit while waiting for a bus that didn't feel like was coming. No communication from the agency about delay. Finally bus showed up, no apology from the driver, just that there had been accidents on the freeway. They need to have a better communication system and there need to be benches for seating where pick up location is. Also would have been nice if they had offered some small compensation like taxi voucher or percent off a differernt tour.
