Very good tour, great organisation! Special thanks to Amine Casaoui! He assisted with riding a quad bike. He was very nice and helpful, made my excellence really unforgettable!
We were the only 2 who went on a whole day trip of camel riding and quad bike. The camel ride was - you guessed it - bumpy and tbh quite boring if it was not for our guides who were laughing and singing and joking, making it very fun. The camels are very cute and clean and looks well cared for. There is one crazy camel called Jackie Chan which I had kept drooling, it was hilarious. Now the quad-bike ride is the real deal, there were only my wife and I in the tour. we rode all the way to the mountains and our guide Amine Casaoui was super nice and professional. It was my wife's first time on a bike and he kept checking on her to make sure she was alright. The scenery is stunning, and riding the quads was fun. We stopped to chat about the Berber village, the people, the culture. Thanks Amine, I hope you find your Marrakech dream girl soon! LOL
Picked up around the corner from the Riad, where we were staying, at a punctual time. Comfortable air conditioned mini-van to the location. The drive was quite short less than an hour, possible half an hour.
We were greeted with mind tea and water where we met the group. We had some paper work to fill in but nothing unusual, just safety information, passport number etc.
We then started the day with the camel ride, a great experience! The ride was quite long, but in comparison to other camel rides we have been on these were quite well cushioned. The guides were singing and cracking jokes throughout.
We then met a Berber man who showed us the art of making mint tea, which we then drank and had come crepes. We returned to base on the camels to retrieve our quad bikes. This was probably the highlight of our entire trip.
We were split into groups of 4's our group was inexperience - first timers on quad bikes so we got about 10 minutes practice in before hand. We then drove back to the Berber house where we had a spread of bread,Tagine and fruit - absolutely delicious!
We then proceeded to drive around on the quad bikes, following our guide, for a good hour or two. Picking up speed and taking on bigger hills etc as we gained confidence. En route, we stopped at a Berber house where we got a small tour to see how they lived and met the family. This was a great bonus to our trip!
All in all, I would highly recommend this excursion to anyone looking for some fun and adventure on their travels. It was also nice to get out of the busy Medina for a while and take a breath. My praise once more to the guides for being so energetic and entertaining.
The highlight of our trip. The camel ride and quad ride were great and the small bites in the Berber Village during the camel trip, as well as the three course meal at the same village during the quad trip was delicious!
Our guides were all polite and professional and made sure everyone had fun but remained safe.
This was the highlight of our holiday. The staff were lovely friendly and welcoming, from pick up to drop off. The lunch was lovely. We met some lovely people and would highly recommend this company.
An absolutely amazing day. Half of it spent on wonderfully looked after camels, the other half on quad bikes. The staff were incredible and couldn and #39;t be faulted and the meal with the Berber family was awesome! Thanks so much :-)
The tour was incredible, very organized and on time, just relax and enjoy the experience , a must if you are in marrakesh , we loved the camel ride , riding the quad biking was awesome, fun guides, great food . Dont forget to get your pictures later , we loved it !!!
Lots of fun. Organizers and local tour guides genuinely cared to show us a good time. Food was great too.
I had been already two times to the desert and even rode some camels, but this tour was amazing! I didn and #39;t had much expectations because as I already said I thought I had seen that already, but I was wrong. The staff, the food and the overall experience was great. I had so much fun! Recommended.
We had a great time on this trip. The guides in the camel part were fun and interactive. The camels were so sweet. They would nudge you when they wanted a head scratch on the walk. It was very fun. The quads part was fun as well. I wish we went a bit faster but I still had a great time. Thank you!
The kids were so cute and sweet when we ate with the locals. I think it is a family owned type of thing and they were very kind and fun. I liked meeting the whole family. Take this tour and you won and #39;t be disappointed.
Such an amazing tour! It and #39;s a whole day experience and the hospitality was amazing. Although the guides were fasting they still stopped for several water breaks and we had lovely traditional meals. Also given the option to pay 300 dir to have a private experience where you and #39;re filmed all day!
A truly unbelievable experience for my girlfriend and I, which was a present for her. It is easy to be sceptical when you pre-book but everything was as described. We were picked up in a van very clean from our hotel at 8.45am and we were taken outside of Marrakech along with others picked up along the way to the sand dunes.
The locals were incredible friendly and spoke good English which made life easy. We began with Moroccan tea and then a 2 hour camel journey which was thoroughly enjoyable as the guides kept us company along the way. At the hour mark, we stopped at a Moroccan berber like an open tent and had Moroccan pancakes, water and Coca Cola. We set off again and returned back to the base.
After a short break we proceeded to quad biking. If you do have a lot of stuff with you, there are also lockers provided with a key for you to look after.
My girlfriend didnt want her own quad bike so she rode on the back of mine. The tour took us back to a Beber with different locals, where we enjoyed a lamb tagine, bread and more tea and relaxed before the second journey to the mountains. At the mountains we stopped for pictures, water and a chat with the others before returning back to base.
Quad biking was safe as the tour kept us at a good speed depending on the terrain and all quad bikers at a good distance away. On the flatter surfaces, we were able hit decent speeds so you do not need to hold back when riding. After returning the helmets, ballys and socks all provided, we were then dropped back off at 4.00pm ish.
Well worth it!
all the staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. Camel riding and quad biking were once a life time experience! Would definitely recommend it.
Firstly, the collection and drop off all ran smoothly, we were collected at the time and place that we had arranged. The guides and people that ran the tour were very friendly and helpful. The camels were well looked after very well and there was also two baby camels that didn't even require a guide, they came on the ride with us but obviously no one was riding them. The village where we stopped for mint tea and lunch was hosted by lovely, welcoming people and the lunch of traditional bread and Tagine was delicious. After lunch we went Quad biking, the safety details and how to operate the bikes was explained to us in detail. The best part of the quad biking was when we were taken to the mountain side, the views amazing. We would definitely recommend this tour if you like doing something fun and different on your holidays, we loved it. I would use Viator again for future trips, the communication is excellent.
Highlight of our trip to Morocco. The camels were really sweet and seemed very well cared for! We did this trip with 4 children and found everything to be very safe. The people working the trip were not only kind, but a lot of fun as well. We really enjoyed the stop for tea and once again found the people to be incredibly warm and welcoming. Pick up and drop off from our hotel was smooth and professional. Don't hesitate - book this trip for your once in a lifetime adventure.
I highly recommend this tour. Well, worth your time and money. We spent 2 hours on camels and had tea in a nearby village. Afterwards we went back and got setup to ride the four wheelers and then stop off at the same village where we had tea but for lunch. The food was delicious and the people who lived in the village were very sweet and kind. After lunch we got on the four wheelers and rode for about another 2 hours. At first I thought it was silly and boring because it was basically follow the leader. I later on changed my whole view point of the four wheeling tour. We rode into the villages and mountain side of Marrakech. I truly saw how the people of Morocco lived and it made me think how truly lucky I am to have what I have. The landscape was stunning. Out of everything we did in Marrakech this trip was my absolute favorite.
This was one of the highlights of our tour.
Can't recommend it enough.
Quiet and fun. Especially the quadding!
We had such a great time- friendly, helpful, super nice- absolutely perfect!!
The tour was amazing ! the guides and everybody were very nice and friendly. The whole tour made my trip. My favorite part was the quaid ride in the desert. The meals we had were delicious. The ride from Marrakesh onto the camp and backwards was very precise in the timing. I highly recomend the tour to anybody traveling to Morroco.
Wow ! that is the best word I can use for this tour. We had so much fun. The people who are involved with preparing us for both the camel ride and quad biking tours were all first class and helpful.
