For the money paid the trip was ok...

For the money paid the trip was ok. Contact was made the day before by a text message so make sure you provide your mobile number and not a home number as asked at the time of booking. It was a roughly 5 hour trip. We were collected by a car, driven to a place where we were then transported onto a mini van, which despite the claims of being air conditioned felt very hot inside. The guide was picked up from a local village on the way to the valley. However, no introductions were made so to this day we do not know his name nor those of the places visited. There was no commentary provided and the trip could be viewed more like a door to door transport service. We did visit a waterfall, women's cooperative and a Berber's house although the latter was very rushed leaving no time to explore the dwelling. The longest stop 2.5hrs was at a restaurant where we were able to order some food. The guide was well known to the owners and one can assume the trip was geared up towards this main stop. Despite the claims that the trip was not suitable for anybody under the age of 18, we travelled with two children under 3 years of age. However, the main disappointment came in the form of the driver using his mobile phone while driving high in the mountains, which many of us considered a real safety issue. The views were nice enough but the organisational aspect of the trip needs to be improved i.e better interaction with the customers and more information on the area being visited etc.
