Our guide was amazing and very knowledgeable of the city! He was also very accommodating with our schedule, we were delayed in getting to Marrakech but he amended to our time and still gave us the full tour! I would highly recommend!

Everything went as expected. Very good english speaking guide, visited what was promised and everything went by the book. 5 Service. As a side note the people that worked in this company were some of the nicest persons we met in all the time that we were in Marrakech.

Great tour of the city, also signed up for another one since this one was so good. Be sure to ask Salem if you need an English speaker.

Our tour guide arrived on time and ready to go. She spoke English beautifully and was very knowlegeable. We spent the entire day together and she balanced active guiding with personal time really well so that we were given information and then had the opportunity to explore sites on our own at our own pace and she waited patiently always available with answers when needed. We were also treated to lunch at a very local spot where locals meet to eat and had a great meal in a fun environment. This day delivered so much more than we anticipated. It included historic sites, gardens the old city and the new city and great shopping. Thank you very much.

The tour was outstanding. Abdililah Abdul is a highly knowledgeable and informative tour guide. Because of the complexities of Marrakech -- though fascinatingly so -- I highly recommend a day-tour for all tourists who have never been to Marrakech before to quickly gain familiarity and appreciation for this majestic city. The tour truly accomplished this.

Super interesting city, couldn't have navigated it or learned as much history without our guide.

Very skilled guide who made our half day tour into a memory for life! Thank you Riad Haraka for a wonderful lunch at your beautiful Riad. Great value for money and worth booking your own private guide instead of being a part of a large group. Thank you so much!

My time in Marrakech was amazing! I booked a private tour through Viator with the local tour operator and it was a great choice. A private tour allows you more time to see the things you want to see, and move at your own pace. My guide Abdul was fantastic, very friendly and knowledgeable and he spoke very good English. I could never have seen, done or learned as much as I did that day without a professional guide. The tour ended in a beautiful riad where I was served a delicious lunch. It is amazing how much I was able to do in just one day. Book this private tour right now, you won't be disappointed!

Although off to a bumpy start because the agency originally sent a Spanish, rather than English, speaking guide, they recovered quickly and we had a great day with Salem. He spoke very good English, was knowledgeable about the history of the city and the sights, and answered our questions fully. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the amount of time he took us to shopping sites under the guise of showing us local trades. I get it, but was not expecting it and so was unprepared to shop. That being said, I felt as if Salem made sure we got good quality items, not the knock-offs on sale at many locations in the souk. We had such a good day that we booked a full day tour of the Atlas mountains for that week. Hamid, the general manager of the agency, is great and we had a good driver Mohamed who spoke very good English and an energetic, young guide named Radwan. He did not share much about the history of the Berbers or their culture, but the opportunity to see the region was outstanding and a great day.

this is 30 tour/70 a shopping ... just so you know. We were discouraged from looking at other shops in the bazaar as our guide told us that shop keepers practiced 'you touch, you buy' policy. Instead, he took us to carpet, silver, and clothing stores that were hundreds of dollars per piece. The lunch was at a nice Ryad were we ate home cooked food and were waited on by super friendly staff.

I think how you experience this tour depends on the personal guide you get. We had a very entertaining man named Mohammed who was very knowledgeable about Marrakech. The problem with this tour is that they do not indicate the amount of walking you do, so it may be an issue for some. According to my FitBit, we did almost 8 miles of walking in central Marrakech at a very, very fast pace. People who are not up to walking this much may want to confirm with the tour operator. We thought we were going to be taken by car to the various sites, not so. The guide met us at our hotel and we took a cab to the tombs and from there it was all walking. We were then dropped in a riad for lunch and the guide left. A driver then picked us up at the riad lunch was great and the riad beautiful - it was included with the price. Get ready for a great experience in the streets of the medina and watch out for the endless mopeds careening around corners. It's a must do for orientation, but it just seemed that so much was involved moving between sites on foot it got a little exhausting after a while.

Yeshim was our tour guide. He collected us from our hotel on time and then we were all driven by his assistant in an air conditioned 4 wheel drive. We were dropped off and collected at various stops in the city, to reduce the level of walking which was welcomed, as it was 45-50 degrees!. Yeshim would then escort us to various key places of interest where the entrance fees were also paid for by Yeshim. The tour included a lunch at a riad but as we were extremely tired and hot, we asked to be dropped off back at our hotel instead. The only disappointing part of the tour was when Yeshim took us to an Argon Oil emporium and then left us with his friends for half an hour as they tried to sell us products. As we did not request or want to buy argon oil, we were surprised that this happened. Yeshim's English is okay and he appears very knowledgeable about the architecture and history of Marrakech.

Saw many sites and had great lunch but guide changed itinerary without consultation and spent disproportionate time in the souks; his priority seemed to be earning commission from associates. We frequently felt uncomfortable and under pressure to buy. Didn and #39;t receive advertised afternoon tea or water
