I recommend this tour for everyone who wants a different touring experience.
The bike tour was a little scary at first since you have to be careful with traffic, but it was definitely worth it since it’s was an amazing experience.

Our guide, Maree was fabulous! This excursion was the highlight of our trip! We were on a western Mediterranean cruise. We were picked up right in front of the ship, driven to where the bikes were. Then we toured Marseille learning the history, culture. We rode, stopped, rode some more. The E-bikes are fun, easy to handle, and much appreciated on the hilly roads. At the end of the tour they offered to take us back to the ship but we still had a lot of time left at port so decided to wander back on our own.
The tour was amazing and our guide was the best part. She was informative, funny, wish we could've had this tour at evey port. I highly recommend!

Our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. Hey knew a good deal about the area and the bicycles. We covered a lot of ground and even bicycled to the top of a hill with Norte-dame da la garde.

We were picked up at the cruise terminal and transported to the city for the bike tour. This tour ended being one of our favorite activities we did while cruising through the Mediterranean. First time visiting this city and we loved it because with this tour we were able to bike all around the main city and even up to the Basilica. Streets were very crowded of people, cars, scooters, etc but our tour guide, Pier, were able to bring us to beautiful places around the city and bring us back to the ship with no issues. Recommended 100%.

We did a bus tour of Marseille in the morning and did the ebike tour in the afternoon. The ebike tour was far better. We saw so much more and learned more as well. Manu was a wonderful guide. He shared a lot of history and made the trip really fun. He even brought us chocolate tasting and our tour went an hour longer than scheduled. We definitely recommend this tour!

Be sure to check your bike before setting off. My bike was defective and I didn’t get the chance to change it as the guide had disappeared around the corner by the time I discovered the gears were slipping.
Our tour was a mixed language group which I didn’t expect. This meant there was a lot of sitting around bored waiting for the guide to speak English.
Groups should all speak the same language in my opinion.
Also we were picked up late from the cruise terminal.

you never complained to the guide
you ride well like others as the guide did not report any issue from beginning to the end.
you asked for a refund 1 day after without contacting us nor complaining on the spot.
We said no refund because nobody complained during the tour so the guide should have find a solution.
If you can behave like that with amazon, you cannot with a small family business that goes out of its way to satisfy its customers. It's not right, it's not fair.
Next time please don't judge, TALK !

The bike tour was exceptional. We got to see so many nice places and our guide was very knowledgeable. He picked us up right outside the terminal and dropped us off at the planned time. The bikes were well maintained and worked great, especially going up the hills!

This tour was an excellent way to keep my tween engaged. Stephan is very knowledgeable, providing information about the city, the people, customs, and history. I was worried about the length of the tour and the time we were required to return to the cruise ship, but Marie made sure that we made it back with enough time. If you are looking for a tour that deviates from the typical excursion provided by your cruise line, this is a must do.
Since I was traveling with a tween, we were able to traverse steeper streets. I wouldn’t have done the tour with my 72 year old mother, who lacks mobility issues. My concern would be her balance turning down narrow streets and cycling within close proximity to auto traffic.
