This bus took you to most places you would want to see in Marseille and saved a lot of walking up hills.
This tour was lovely!! We got off and on several times, and enjoyed the tour very much! It was
much more informative than Genoa's!
Very nice island. Would like to go back there and roam around for a few weeks. Bus tour was excellent in that it covered a lot of area and exposed us to the many of the areas worth visiting in detail someday.
Great way to get from the hotel to the Airport only had to wait 10 mins for the taxi while a delivery cleared the jetty. The communications from the tour operator arrived the day before as scheduled. We had another little tour around the grand canal while we picked up other's and then over to the Airport.
Great. No question when you are a first visitor with a time schedule this is the way to go.
Took some awesome photo, not to difficult to find the pick up point
Loved marseille. This tour takes you around the old port and to the beautiful notre dame de la garde. Wonderful.
Very knowledgeable guide ,Andrea. Made the whole tour informative and funny. We were a mixed group of nationalities and all able to understand the tour. We were seen safely back to our return transport, we had a taxi back. At the start of the day all the Viator tours are picked up at the cruise port were marshalled together onto coaches and then split up at Pompeii for our own individual tours, some were half day, some full day. This saved time and was efficient although one particular American lady appeared not to understand this , she needed to listen more.. she was an annoyance as the tour progressed but you always seem to get one !. We just ignored her. All in all I reccommend this tour, lots to see in a short time but as we had a ship to catch we opted for the more sedate half day tour.

we enjoyed our tour very much, it is the best way and the safest way to tour the city
we have taken the hop on hop off tours wherever we can, the first thing we do is is take the complete tour
then make notes on the stops we want to get off and sight see, we certainly feel the hop on hop off
tours the best way to go JM DINER CANADA
This is best way to see the most important place at Marseille. We take the tour twice ina day and was really helpful.
It was a great tour! Very good organised, friendly and happy bus driver ! I would highly recommend to get off and see notre de dame!
The best way to know any city is by a sight seeing bus tour. They will show you the best spots on the town and after that it is up to you to go on your own.
Marseille is one of the cities that is worth sight seeing on foot.
Excellent way to see the sights of the city. Very picturesque scenery, great view from the open top bus.
Excellent. The voucher exchange ould not have been easier - done on the bus. The journey was extensive and the commentary informative - we were very pleased.
The bus tour was very enjoyable, but never having been to Marseille before we did not realise how far the city centre was from the cruise port. We started to walk before realising that it was much too far, so we ended up using a bus to reach the city. This involved a severe examination of the French I had learnt at school!!!
It would have been better if the tour tickets had included a shuttle from the cruise port to the city.
Took this cruise after arriving at port off cruise ship . Had to pay for a shuttle to take us to the museum so we could catch the bus since it does not have any buses going to area where you port . The tour is pretty nice , get to see many of the sites . The buses come every hour which is a bit of a wait of you simply wanted to jump off take a pic and get back on . Norte dam was beautiful . Stopped in town had lunch and then got back on bus . All in all was worth it just wished it stopped closer to port could have saved myself the extra 34 euros to get to the bus stop .
Highly recommended if this is your first time to Marseille. You get to see a lot of the city with the 13 stop and can get off and on as you wish. I was very pleasantly surprised by the city and how nice it was . Everyone in our group of 6 said they would like to come back but we only had the day. The one thing to be aware of is the distance- perhaps it was where our cruise ship docked by instead of the 20 minute leisurely stroll is was at least a 15-20 minute cab ride to the old port .
