Weight restrictions: 50 lbs. but no more than 250 lbs.Customers are weighed on site. If you are outside the limits there is NO Refund.
Guests should be prepared for some light physical activity.
Customers with serious neck, back, joint injuries, or chronic heart problems should use their own discretion about their capabilities to safely participate in this activity.
It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that anyone who has had recent surgery, especially on ankles, knees or their back, should not participate in this tour.

There is no smoking, alcohol, or drug use permitted at any time prior to, or throughout, the zip line runs.
Must be able to walk up a flight of stairs and walk a short distance over uneven terrain.
Must have closed-toed shoes with a heel strap (NO HIGH HEELS). Must be able to walk up a flight of stairs. Athletic or hiking shoes are required. NO Teva’s, Keene’s, Crocs, Skeletoes or Sketcher Shapers allowed on the course.

Had a wonderful time with my wife here! It doesn’t get better than Zip lining through the jungle. Our guides (John and Alexa) were amazing and made the experience even better by showing us interesting things in the jungle, I highly recommend tipping them as they do this tour three times a day!! (mad respect). My wife is afraid of heights but I make her go anyway, this place is super safe and fun and she ended up having a great time.

The ziplining experience was super fun and the scenery was amazing. Faith was hilarious as a guide and loved her positive energy throughout the entire 8 lines. She also has great memory remembering all our names. Kudos to her! Hunter was awesome as well and always made sure we made it to the end of the zip line safely. Totally worth your money for the 8 zip lines! Had lots of fun and thank you guys!!

I am so happy we decided on Jungle for zip lining, it made it to our top 3 most favorite things to do in Maui! All of the staff were so cool and friendly, they definitely make it more fun by just interacting with you. Doing all 8 lines is worth it 😄
