    They are rude and unhelpful. The incorrect address was on the voucher and took us ten minutes out of our way. After driving the ten minutes to get to the actual location and another ten minutes finding a parking and walking to the harbor we missed the boat. I called them and Lauren was incredibly disrespectful, repeatedly stated “well the other people made it”. Also stated we would have been late any way… if we had made it to the correct address We would have been exactly 30 mins early as stated on the voucher! Offered a rebook with 20% of the amount. Why would we pay more for a mistake they made. The voucher had incorrect information on it?!? Ridiculous.

    It was a great experience with great guides. The divers worked hard to bring animals back to the windows so the passengers could get close up looks. Saw sea urchins and an octopus.

    Great to see the reef and animals in it. Comfortable ride with AC. Loved the crew and the divers showing us a few sea animals.

    Scuba divers were great, brought creatures right to the windows. Octopus was amazing and inkd the diver.
    Wonderful experience seeing the reefs and fish from the viewpoint of the fish.

    Seeing a sea turtle on the other side of the sub. Not much happening on my side. I also liked seeing the sand star carried by the divers around the boat

    We were able to see sea turtles and an octopus. The cabin was much more spacious than I had anticipated. The whole crew from Rachel, Will, and Cylus was extremely friendly and welcoming. It was also interesting to learn that only 3 vessels similar to this one exist in the world, very very cool!! Also, having two divers swimming around made it all the much better! We would definitely recommend this activity to others that plan to travel in the area.

    This is our first time to Hawaii (my husband, two boys & myself). We loved the submarine experience! The scuba divers were a fun addition & going to the top of the boat at the end to see the views. The staff was very friendly.

    Magnificent whales! Fabulous staff! Watched in February 2023. Much better in a small Zodiac boat versus a crowded large boat. Would highly recommend booking everyday of your trip! No pressure to buy photos or take photos!

    The divers Will, Brandon, Silis gave this tour an amazing experience. We loved their energy & interaction. And Meg was very informative. Would do this tour again when visiting Hawaii!

    We had so much fun. This was the perfect activity for our 4 young boys. We saw 3 sharks, 4 turtles and a bunch of other fish. They gave seashells to the kids and even gave us the picture they took for free instead of charging an arm and a leg like other places. Highly recommend this tour.

    Fun crew! Boat was so different and we all saw a few assorted sea creatures but wish we saw a bit more. Still lots of fun, especially for children.
