I highly recommend this tour — it’s great for families, couples, and solo travelers!
If you can afford a private tour or have the time for a more extensive tour, I'd highly suggest that but this was the perfect tour to spend a day getting out of Medellin!

This was my second time going to Guatape and it was way better than the first time! Manuel and Sergio were very knowledgeable and had an amazing sense of humor. The driver was incredible at getting us to our stops efficiently and safely. I can’t thank everyone enough for a wonderful day!

This was an amazing tour. Guide Mateo was fantastic. Tour began on time in a comfortable A/c bus that also had wifi. Guide was very informative. Breakfast was at a local restaurant (typical Colombian breakfast) thé food was different but I welcomed it. Lunch was great, boat ride and stops were all great. It was a very well day spent. Definitely a tour I would do again! I took this tour with my three year old and it was definitely great for him.

Bring an umbrella just in case. But I LOVE IT. Book with them there’s a token at the end . Transportation is included but not for Urban studio Airbnb.

Mateo and Cristian first of all are amazing tour guides. They explained everything step by step and answered any and every question I had. Every stop we made was beautiful and a sight to see. This is a tour I could do time and time again. You see so much beauty of the country in one day. Guatape holds so much history and we loved it all.

I want to start by saying that the whole team were amazing. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful day and we can't thank you enough. We started at our meeting point and had a lovely journey to our first stop to see a beautiful statue along with having a lovely breakfast. Ginna then decided that it was best to go to Guatape and climb the rock before it got too busy, this was the best decision. My boyfriend and I had a nice walk up and had the opportunity to take beautiful pictures. We then were taken to Plazoleta de Los Zócalos to see the most 'colourful street' in Colombia. We managed to pick up some yummy sweets from the lady with blonde hair (recommended by Ginna). We were then invited to lunch near the river where we had meat, rice, beans, salad and our favourite plantains. We then had a bit of free time before our exciting boat tour. This was a great chance to see the surrounding areas of where Pablo Escobar lived and had very cultural information from Ginna (she knows a lot). Our whole experience was more than we expected and I couldn't recommend this trip enough. Thank you to you all.

This tour was AMAZING! From the communication updates leading to the actual tour, until the very end, the trip was well organized and lots of fun. Our tour guide Ginna was Excellent! She was energetic, friendly, and very welcoming. On this tour, you truly get your bang for your buck. The breakfast & lunch included was delicious, the multiple stops to explore Guatape, the opportunity to climb the rock with 708 stairs, and the wonderful relaxing boat tour makes this a tour you won’t want to miss! I highly recommend this tour! Trust me you won’t regret it!

Fun and packed trip to Guatape

It's a very long day with many things to see throughout the trip. Our group got pretty tired towards the end, but our guide Marlon was funny and energetic the whole time so that helped a lot. It's a great option if you want a really organized experience to visit Guatape. The town of Guatape was our favorite part. Some tips to make the trip a success: 1. Get to the bus early and sit towards the front. We ended up in the back and were last in line for things like breakfast and ended up getting the last of the food. But it was great to have some warm food! 2. Climb the rock! Our group took it slow and still had plenty of time to enjoy the view and return to the bus. 3. Go to the lunch spot before the designated time. It took a while to get our food and we really wanted to keep exploring the town. Otherwise enjoy the trip!

This was an awesome day spent immersed in the culture and history of Guatape and El Peñol. The bus was very comfortable- top of the line in comfort. The tour was punctual. The breakfast spot was delicious. The tour guide was knowledgeable and fluent in English. The boat tour was great with music and snacks for purchase. The time spent at the Peñol was more than adequate for people climbing and those who decided to enjoy the views and share a drink. The town of Guatape was adorable! I could’ve spent a whole day there! Lunch there was good as well. We were all tired and happy with our experience. A full day tour which was worth the time and money.
