What To Expect

Pre-book this shared transfer service for a stress-free arrival in Melbourne. A professional driver will await you at the specified pickup zone at Melbourne Tullamarine Airport’s international or domestic terminal (for details, see Departure Point under the Important Info tab). Hop into the comfortable van with any other passengers and enjoy the ride to your hotel in downtown Melbourne or St Kilda.
Please provide flight and hotel details when booking your transfer, and make your reservation at least 48 hours before your arrival. You will receive instant confirmation of your booking and a travel voucher to show the driver.

Please note: This transfer service is not available between the hours of midnight and 4am.

Collapsible wheelchairs are accommodated.
Each traveler is allowed one (1) piece of luggage and one (1) piece of hand luggage free of charge. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. golf clubs, bikes or surfboards) may attract a small additional fee, payable direct to driver.
Infant and Child seats are NOT provided however, transfer vehicle have provisions.

Transfer will not service flights after midnight
Tullamarine Airport in Melbourne is approximately 18 - 20 kilometers from downtown Melbourne and the journey takes approximately 25- 30 minutes. An additional 15 minutes should be allowed if passengers are traveling from St. Kilda.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I had arranged for airport pickup and provided flight and contact details when booking this transfer. My flight got diverted to another airport, and I was unable to meet the pickup at the scheduled time. I made 2 phone calls to the shuttle company to try and arrange a new pickup time, but the phone was not answered both times, even though it was during office hours. I then sent an email to the address indicated on the voucher, but did not receive any response. I am disappointed that the shuttle company did not make any attempt to contact me or bother to reply to my email, OR answer their phone. I had to make my own way from the airport to my hotel at additional cost.

Driver was there waiting which was good as our plane was late. However, we had to wait 15 minutes in the nighttime cold for his partner to bring the van around. Otherwise got to hotel fine.

Driver came into hotel lobby asking if we were waiting for Sunbus, then went out immediately without even waiting for us to get our luggage. He just signalled for us to get up with our luggage without helping us girls. What made it really bad was, instead of dropping us off at the Departure, he left us by the carpark area by the roadside 2nd lane, not road shoulder and just told us to get down, cross that street and go up to get to Departure. Again, we struggled to alight as quickly as we could with our 2 big luggage and all the driver did was to sit in the van and watched. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BAD SERVICE.

This is the easiest, fastest and cheapest way to get to the airport especially if you are staying in the city. Taxi or hotel car to airport charges AUD70 - AUD80 but we only paid a fraction of it. We were informed of the pick up time way ahead before the day. We were pick directly at our airport lobby and sent straight to our terminal. Driver was polite and helpful. The driver came slightly earlier and it was really a breeze. You will have no worries if you book this transfer, just relax and enjoy the pleasant ride.
