Love the zoo here. It was a nice way to spend the day. You do need money to park.
The zoo is well-done, but I was disappointed to be unable to see the creatures I most wanted to see: kangaroos and Tasmanian devils. The aviary is exceptional, and the koalas are just as cute as they should be. getting there by train was amazingly simple.
I loved the zoo! We arrived into Melbourne before our check in time so we spent some time at the zoo. Wonderful displays and interesting animals. You can purchase tickets at the entrance of the zoo but I prefer having my tickets in advance.
Sorry to say I was not pleased with my experience I went to zoo and held up my whole family for 30 minutes as they couldn't find the booking. So embarrassing, all I wanted to do was ease the pain of the queue. Very disappointing. Zoo staff had never even heard of Viator.
The zoo was fantastic! There was plenty of animals to see. The map was of little use though so we had to find our own way about! The animals were adorable. It was also our first time in a zoo so it was a great experience.. Recommend that everyone goes!
