Good Tour and guides, a bit like stepping back in time for what was state of art then to now. Well worth the cost
Wonderful, worth booking the VIP tour, you could choose one a bit more expensive which included food but i dont think this would be needed. The VIP tour we had was excellent, audio guide included, planes, cars, jewellery, costumes and so much more, we took 6 hours to do everything. Came away a bit emotional and realised what a good man Elvis was, so sad he died to early.
In my opinion, this is the best of the available tours in that it is self guided with an interactive I-Pad, and therefore at your own pace and allows for unlimited same day repeat access to the site as well as the attractions including the mansion. Allow plenty of time. Without a crowd, we spent from 9:30 am to 6:15pm immersing ourselves in everything Elvis. At peak times, it would be a nightmare, so we were lucky. US10 gets you into the all day car park and there are eateries we chose Vernon's Smoke House so there's no real need to leave the site.
This was on our bucket list which we enjoyed however the total experience of going to Graceland is very commercialised. Viator did a great job in organising our tour we wish to highly recommend Viator.
The tour was very good and the VIP aspect was worth it for both the front of the line and all day access. Was well organized and we were able to take as much time as we wanted.

I ordered the VIP voucher for my husband and myself. It was so worth it. We didn't wait in the long lines at the ticket counter. We went to the VIP window for our wristband and souvenir badge. We had priority for the special shuttle buses to get from the ticket center to the mansion. We were allowed entrance to all the exhibits. Visiting Graceland was more than I expected because we're not big Elvis fans. It gave great insight into what Elvis Presley contributed to the world of music.
I highly recommend this tour to anyone visting Memphis. Graceland tour was very informative.
This was a great tour. I have been a fan forever so was very interested to see how/where Elvis lived. The whole Graceland experience is so well done! Everything runs like clockwork -queues,shuttles, information, museums, souvenir shops - we didn't have to wait anywhere. In the end of 3 hours, I have to admit to being on 'overload' but loved every minute of it. the property is so very well maintained and everything was so interesting. i was surprised to see what a wonderful family man Elvis was. Well worth the trip out there.
We loved it and were happy we got the V IP pass as no lines or waits and spent 7 hours there as a lot of extra exhibits of his career, photos etc and the auto museum and planes.
This tour was AMAZING! We spent 6.5 hours between the museum and house. The museum is brand new and just opened in March of 2017. There's so much to see! Allow yourself a full day for the museum and the house. The house was about 1 hour or so, but you can go back and forth from the museum to house as many times as you want.
Best tour ever! So grateful this beautiful home and Elvis's story is shared with all of us!
an absolute MUST DO trip when in Memphis, was on my bucket list for a long time and eventually got to experience it with the hubby! I booked the VIP tour proved well worth it as you get to cover everything including Elvis's planes and museum's.. very well organised by the staff. go early in morn
Number one on my bucket list, the V.I.P. tour was all that it was cracked up to be, my 15 year old granddaughter took the tour with me and although her knowledge of Elvis/Graceland was limited to my experiences with Elvis, she enjoyed it almost as much as I did. The one thing I regret is that we probably should have used the supplied I Pad but because of a medical issue we had to cut short part of the tour, we missed the display of his guitars and costumes that i'm sure was in the I Pad.
The I Pad was cumbersome when you are also carrying a digital camera and cell phones. I would really liked to have seen those displays but the chances of coming back is slim to none.
Overall a great experience and well worth the money.
We had a great time in Memphis. We recommend staying at the Graceland Hotel and taking the VIP tour. We were shuttled to/ from Graceland, had no lines and saw everything. We were also shuttled to Beale St. for an evening of music, good food and sites of the area.
Lots of information and collections. Plenty of time to explore. Headphone tour allowed individuals to move at their own pace. Grave site was very touching.
Was absolutely perfect! So much we knew of his life but now we know more. All the tour guides were so helpful and kind in answering our questions. The entire experience was just Perfect! I have been, as a young lady in the fifties, a fan forever. My husband not so much. After taking this tour he now understands my love for Elvis and his music. I have always felt Elvis was a gift sent from God to help us all understand how beautiful music is and how it can touch you right to your soul. I have played the dc my husband bought me over and over since we got home. Most Sincerely, Don and Pat Ott
Graceland VIP PKG was worth it! No long waits and you had access to everything!
