Disrespectful Dispatcher

The dispatcher was unprofessional and describing the drive as a heavy set women. I was asking him what is her name and he didn’t know but kept saying she’s driving a beige minivan and she is heavy set with glasses. Also the driver was late for pick. Mavis was her name and she was apologetic for being late. She was a pleasant lady.
