We had no problems whatsoever with the arrival. Our friendly driver was waiting with a sign as soon as we exited immigration. But I was horribly disappointed that the transfer package did not include the return to the airport AS I CLEARLY REMEMBER ENTERING OUR DEPARTURE INFORMATION in prompted blank fields! Why would these fields appear if there was no intent to provide return?The night before leaving Merida, as I was attempting to confirm pickup for the next morning, I could not find any active information through the phone app. The arrival info could not be accessed anymore, so I could not call the local shuttle service back. This was especially distressing as we needed to leave hotel for the airport at 4:30 a.m. We ended up having to walk down the street in the dark with our luggage to a larger hotel nearby which had 24-hour taxi service to the airport. For the price charged, compared to actual local taxi rates of only 230 pesos one way for all three of us, we should have had round-trip service.
