Our driver, Burro, was punctual in picking us up from the hotel in Sevilla. He was a careful driver, and pleasant conversationalist. He also knew the landscape and trees of the countryside, as well as the history of the country.

Our guide was wonderful, friendly and very knowledgeable. He was extremely considerate of our needs and accommodating. I would highly recommend this fantastic tour of a remarkable historic destination.

The car was spacious and very clean with waters for us. Baby seat was ready as requested. When arrived, local guide Giovanna greeted us and lead us to full 2 hour guide of the temple. Without her explanation, this tour is worthless. And her recommedation of lunch restaurant after tour was alao superb! In conclusion, professional and children friendly tour for the family.

This tour was fabulous! Our tour guide, Angela, was amazing. I would recommend requesting her, if possible. She went above & beyond of what was expected of her. She was knowledgeable,informative, enthusiastic, friendly and considerate of our needs and limitations. Her driver was also excellent. They were on time and parked close to both locations, We couldn’t have asked for more. I would definitely use Viatour again when traveling abroad.

Our driver was excellent. We were in the car with him for 12 hours so we got to know him pretty well. He spoke excellent English and made us feel very comfortable. On the drive north he highlighted points of interest, changes in topography and engaged us in polite conversation. We met our guide who lives in Andora and started our tour. Andora has been around forever and our guide took us to all the neighborhoods that evolved over the last 12 hundred years. Andora has been ruled by the Catholic Church in partnership with the French government so it has a rich history. We scaled the Pyrenees on both paths into and out of Andora and visited churches to which our guide had exclusive access.Our driver took us back to BCN on a different route than we traveled northbound and we enjoyed the change of scenery. We were in Europe and on a cruise for 18 days and this was the best one.

Our tour guide met us promptly at the entrance and was extremely accommodating in terms of us stopping to take pictures constantly and of our kids.Very knowledgeable and a local with strong roots in Granada. We would highly recommend this tour.

This is the best tour to see the Sagrada Familia inside and out. The guide was fun, knowledgeable and so considerate of our interests. What a gorgeous basilica. The play of light is awesome, Park Guell was amazing, too. I would do this again and again.

The tour guide came with vehicle and driver on time. We visited most famous attraction in Madrid The Royal Palace early in morning before it was crowded as advised by our very knowledgeable guide Elena. She gave us thorough information about past and present history of the palace. Afterwards we took a walking tour through central Madrid visiting Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor. All throughout the tour Elena gave us amazing historical facts and figures so we can remember the visit to Madrid for a long time. We will recommend this tour and the guide to our family and friends without hesitation.

We were late in booking our tickets for Alhambra and opted for this private tour. Eva was a local and very knowledgable guide and we could do the tour at our own pace. We enjoyed the Nasrid Palaces the most. The Genalife was nice bit not of the sam dignity. We also enjoyed walking around Alcazaba ob our own after the tour.

The tour started late because the tour operator was not familiar with Rome and I received an email stating that the guide would meet me at my hotel, which was not in central Rome. The operator called to advise me that the guide would be late due to an auto accident that she was not involved in. Then I had to pay for a taxi for the tour guide, my wife and myself to get to central Rome. The tour guide was a jack of all trades rather than a master of the architecture and history of the sites. All of the other tours that we took were much better and even though the tour actually started over 30 minutes late because of the non-local tour operator we were charged for more tour time than we received. Definitely not worth the cost!

Our tour guide, Blanca, was extremely knowledgeable, and her enthusiasm for the Alhambra made an already incredible place even more exciting. She knows her history, and was most generous in sharing. It was an experience we will always remember.

We booked for a three hour guided tour of the Alhambra as this was the only available option to visit during our visit, all other ticket options being sold out. The cost was ridiculously high relative to the actual ticket price and cost for a guide. So, our fault for not booking sooner! Putting the expense to one side, Juan was a very professional, informative and helpful guide. He was with us for just under three hours and did not seem to be just going through the motions, which must be difficult as he must have delivered the same information thousands of times.

Blanca was truly the best guide. She new so much, stayed with us past our time and brought such excitement and deep knowledge to our tour. We felt the energy of the past and loved every minute. Fantastic experience!
