very flexible, we were able to get on and off when we wanted too, Drivers were very professional! Better for them to drive than us!! It was a lot of fun. We were not informed that we could have taken the other loops to other parts of the city. wish we would on know that, other than that it was great!

A must do for anyone visiting Mexico City. You see the most and plenty on the Central Loop, but I recommend connecting to the Southern Loop at the Cibeles Fountain as well. Don't be afraid to get off the bus as many times as you want and explore. In my opinion, this is the best way to see Mexico City.
I strongly recommend tourist to use Hop-On Hop-Off bus to tour the city.
IF YOU ARE NEW TO MEXICO CITY AND IF YOU HAVE LIMITED TIME, THIS TOUR IS THE BEST OPTION FOR YOU AND THE MOST COMFORTABLE WAY TO HAVE QUICK GLANCE AT THE CITY AND LEARN ABOUT. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS
The bus was not crowded. It was clean and comfortable. The driver did a wonderful job in heavy traffic. We saw what we wanted to see in Mexico City.
The process to obtain the wristband to board the bus was horrible. The hotel one had to visit to obtain the wristband was VERY difficult to find for the LOCAL Uber driver! He was very helpful by asking people on the street and eventually calling the hotel number listed on the confirmation printout. I considered a 2 star rating but that would be unfair to the rest of the tour and tour staff. They were helpful and kind.
It would be helpful if the available routes were provided prior to the tour so I can plan out my itinerary much better.
Spent 9 hours on the buses coverng 2 routes .. A brilliant way to see Mexico City from the top of a bus
Good tour, interesting, informative and reliable. Please make a note for the future, that the office where you sent us to get the tickets ( the agency at Moneda #8) is closed.
Also the price at the counter was a lot cheaper that the one we were charged.
The guy at Amigo Hotel was very unfriendly when we picked up our wrist band. At first he didn and #39;t understand what to do with our voucher we got the impression he saw this voucher for the first time.
There no signs along the street where the hop on points of the bus are. You just have to know it?? : -/
we had a good day
Unfortunately, we did not have enough time n we have done a circuit of the 4 available
It was a very nice experience, it was a trip worth doing but the only thing we did not like was the long quer
down town for a bus uptown. We did not like the wait.
it was very hard to start this tour. the stops were not clearly marked if at all. you can only start the tour by getting your ticket from the office one and a half blocks from the first stop. once the tour started it was fine. there are at least three routes to take so prepare to spend several hours if you plan to see it all. one route took one and a half hours.
The staff was unhelpful and more interested in texting on their phone than answering our questions. The routes of the tours did not go to the most popular attractions. The earphones did not work and the Spanish audio was played over the English so you had to listen to two languages T the same time
This is one of the worst hop on hop off that i have taken. First, they have limited bus running, with all the traffic in Mexico, we missed the connection with runs on every three hours and the third one we also missed it because it runs only every two hours. In short we got only to the first leg of the tour. On top of it, there is no english or headphone, there is only one guide that speaks on the loudspeaker and speaks only in spanish. What a nightmare and waste of money.
tera United States of ...
I felt that it took a lot of time to cover a very small radius due to the traffic in the city. Also, there wasn't even an English speaking option on one of our routes so we didn't understand what we were seeing.
I was not happy with my experience because
1. When we finally found the hotel where we were supposed to pick up our tickets for the tour a good ten minute walk from the Zocalo bus station we were told to return to the bus stop to get tickets
2. I was then told that the ticket was good on Capital bus and not Turibus. The two companies have rather different routes.
3. I also discovered that the price I had paid on line for a ticket was around 3x the price of a ticket bought directly at the bus stop.
Otherwise I had a great day Mexico City is a fascinating city
Tour was a disaster. First Bus turned up as did a parade of everyday Mexicans. We were not allowed on the bus and they drove off leaving us standing there. I contacted you onion the morning
it was hard to get passes, too much walking, not a fun tour experience.
The viator hop on and hop off bus tour was terrible. The narrative was all in spanish. The ad said you could select English. We spent several hours walking all over the zucolo trying to find the right Amigos inn in which to validate the voucher. do not sign up for this tour bus.
I could not find the hotel listed on the voucher, so I attempted to get a ticket and/or instructions from the guide at the actual booth for the bus company. The first guide had me board the bus and told me I had to check in at a specific location to exchange the voucher for a ticket. When I got there, the guide at that booth had no clue and sent me back to where I started. Anyway, two hours later I ended up back in Zocalo, and even the locals had no clue as to where this Hotel Amigo listed on the voucher was. So my recommendation would be to just buy a ticket directly with the tour company.
