Not a bad tour, but not the best for myself. The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunatley for me the tour was basically the Museum, which I could take or leave, then a taxi ride to the Bellas Artes, We were there on a day that they allowed us into the hall and they did a short play giving the history of the the Bellas Artes it is a wonderful building. Then we walked to the Zocalo, where unfortuantely we were only able to go into the Cathedral, other places were blocked off because of a concert they were setting up for.

The museum was incredible. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. The one major downside was that we picked up other tourists through out the day that did not have the same package so we saw the murals at Bellas Artes but never got to enter the theatre and see the behind the scenes....very disappointing.

The tour was nice and the guide was super nice and friendly. However, I wished that she would share more background information about the areas we traveled through as we moved from sight to sight. As it was, we learned some very interesting background about some topics covered in the archaeological museum, and about some sights in the historical city center, but it all felt a little disconnected. The tour overall, met my expectations, but it would need to be improved to impress and exceed expectations.

Great tour and great guide. However, we did not even visit Bellas Artes, which was the primary reason I booked this particular tour. Needless to say, I was disappointed.

First of all, we were picked up late and then we had to transport some other people to a different location so right from the start we were behind schedule. Let me be very clear...our guide was amazing and she did everything she could to make this a great tour but we were really short on time. In your description it says that a small amount of walking will be part of the tour. We walked at least four miles in the hot sun. We did not even have time for a break and only after we protested did we get 20 minutes for a quick sandwich and bottle of water. This was an all day tour in the hot Mexican sun and we don't even get a beverage break much less lunch? I am 67 and my husband is 70 and this was a lot to expect from us. Finally, the trip boasted a behind the scenes tour of the theatre with a chance to see the Tiffany curtain. We did not get to see the curtain at all, and the behind the scenes promotion was false advertising. I will NEVER recommend a Viator tour and will warn all my friends and family of the same.

Horrible tour company - very disorganized and the tour guide was horrible. Didn't know anything about the landmarks and had a very unfriendly personality
