This was an amazing trip. worth it especially the early morning access.
Food on the tour was terrible and we are both fans of Mexican food ! Everything else was great.
Our 2-day tour was over and above what we expected. We started with the City Tour with Alex and he was very knowledgeable and accommodating. His English was good and we learned a lot - making our next tour to the Pyramids much easier to understand the history of the region. Highly recommend this tour with early-morning access as the weather and crowds were much easier to manage. Lots of climbing but not compulsory and a very worthwhile day with Leo an excellent guide.
I took the city tour the first day, my guide picked me up, informed me I was the entire tour, so off we went! I told him to take me to the sites he thought were best,as it would take three days just to get through all the amazing museums by themselves! he picked out a few, saw the aztec calendar, the real thing, just amazing, along with artifacts dating back hundreds of years. The cathedrals are awe inspiring, this tour will give you a good feel of the city. the guide was extremely knowledgeable, and very entertaining,a real nice guy. On a side note, on my last morning there,I hopped on an open air, double decker bus,on the zocalo, and rode around the city, and got to see even more sights, neighborhoods, etc that I hadn't seen, it was really cheap, they give you earbuds to listen to a prerecorded guide, took about 3 hours, was really fun!
Recommend going to the museum first then visiting the pyramids as you learn the basic history and then can put things into context. Glad we went early as the site begins to get incredibly busy around noon and they close certain areas off to the public.

Its good to travel to see the world and its amazing pieces of history. This place is awesome! Can't spoil it, you gotta go see it for yourself.
A good deal for both!
Mexico City Tour: I was fortunate to be part of a small group, lead by Alicia. She's great. I asked what felt like 100 questions during our visit to the anthropology museum and she happily answered all of them. You can sense her passion for Mexican history and culture, which is exactly the type of person you want for a tour of a city so rich in both areas. Our tour included hotel pick up and drop off. The driver, Antonio, was punctual for the pick up and kind enough to drop us off near another tourist attraction that was several miles from our hotel--he saved us quite a bit of time. Great team. Highly recommended.
Teotihuacan Pyramids: This is a must-do. The pyramids are beautiful and the thought that ancient people moved these stones without the aid of even a wheel is astounding. The tour guide explained well the most current, historical understanding of the people that lived at the site. For photo taking opportunities, both the Sun and the Moon pyramids are great. I preferred the Moon pyramid's vantage point as it seemed to provide a more aesthetically pleasing view of the entire site. After the pyramids tour, you'll go to a nearby location for lunch not included. A few tips: bring a hat. Bring some water. If you're tight on money, you'll want to forgo the restaurant lunch and pack some food ahead of time. The souvenir shop is also a place where you can spend money a bit too fast, but if you buy with pesos, you'll be in a better bargaining position. If you're looking for obsidian stonework, be sure to educate yourself on the topic so you know you're getting the real thing and for a fair price. And lastly, whatever you do, do the early access to the pyramids as it gets really crowded and that translates into more difficulty getting that perfect selfie without having fellow visitors immortalized in your pictures.
I enjoyed this tour very much, Our guide, Leonardo, was very knowledgeable about the history of Teotihuacan. The travel accommodations were nice and comfortable.
The trip was great. We got picked up and Miguel our tour guide was tarrific.
Our tour guide, Miguel Angel, was great. He is very funny and made the trip extremely fun. WE were picked up at 6:30 in the morning and finished the tour at about 4pm. It was work the early hour pickup.
We highly recommend the tour. The guide was very knowledgable of the history of the sites we viewed. Outstanding sites visited .
Loved this tour! I only expected a tour to the ruins. But at the end we had some tequila and mezcal tasting too! The tour group was a total of 20 which wasn't bad. Id recommend this tour!
Harrison was the best!!!! He knew some prime facts about the real history of the pyramids and current research going on! great sense of humor the pyramids were beautiful I loved getting an early start in the cool morning because by the end of the pyramid tour it was hot!
City Tour - very professional guide, with a lot of passion. Thank you!
Our tour of the city was amazing with Sandra. There was a slight glitch in the driver and pick up time, but she made up for that and we made the choice to walk more than drive. It was perfect for me and my kids. We saw so much in one day and Sandra was so full of knowledge and caring for us.
The second day began very early, but the early morning tour is the only way to go! Leonard was our guide and he was great - very friendly and so knowledgeable about the pyramids and the history of Mexico. The next part of the tour and lunch was also a really great surprise!
Great opportunity to explore Mexico City center and Teotihuacán Pyramids
First off they are super punctual. The mexico city tour is a lot, and i mean a lot of information but the guides are incredibly knowledgeable and make it interesting. As for the teotihuacan pyramid tour, it is amazing, you must have a camera. And if you take the early morning tour, its pretty chilli.
The most cool staff. Both The guide Rodrigo and The guide Sandy was helpful, had time to do what we want, full of energy and funny. Only Good words for Amigo Tours Mexico.
Our Mexico City Tour was impressive. We were glad that we took the escorted tour versus a tour in our own. Our family and four were picked from our hotel in Centro Historico and proceeded to walk to El Zocalo Center. It is impressive all the amazing historical facts in the heart of Mexico City....visited the Mexico City Cathedral, the National Palace, The Templo Mayor and other sites....our highlight in El Zocalo Plaza de la Constitucion was Diego Rivera's murals in the National Palace. Then, we continued in our small, air-conditioned van to Paseo de la Reforma an important main thoroughfare and then to Chapultec where we visited the Anthropology Museum. We had an insightful and lively tour thanks to our guide Alan and our driver sorry, I forgot his name from the tour company. Alan was one of our favorite guide in Mexico City. He has the ability to relate to everyone in the tour...in our tour also included three women from Argentina and other states of Mexico. He communicated in Spanish and English and my two kids pre-teen and teen were addressed in English and felt included. My husband and I appreciated Alan's efforts to make our trip fun and insightful.....Alan is very professional, patient and respectful....we think Alan has a great future in the tourism business as he has excellent communication skills. Mil gracias Alan por todos los detalles y esmeros para todos nosotros en el tour!!
This tour was amzing , Roberto our tour guide was excellent , we learned a lot about ancient Mexico , thank you for offering this kind of trip
