What a great tour. Our guide, Ernesto, was a pleasure to be around. He was well versed in culinary culture as well as historical anthropology of Mexico. We felt safe at all times.
I liked the hotel in Oaxaca the best.
I disliked the very long van ride from Oaxaca to Puebla.
Wish we could have flown and spent more time in Puebla.
My favorite part was our cooking class at the culinary school in Puebla.
We made chicken mole poblano and rice. Yum.
