Great trip

Very well organized and interesting trip. Comfortable van driven by skilful driver Ranulfo. We climbed pyramide to see church in Cholula, visit the charming little church Tonantzintla (the unique example of mexican baroque) and spent few hours in Cholula (time for ourselves). Our guide Genova was great.

Enjoyable trip to Publa

Our tour guide was very friendly and spoke English very well. Didn't like that we had to go to a pick up location when it was still dark out side and having to get up a 5 am for our cab to take us to the pickup location. The van we road in was a bit tight for a person of 6ft but we survived. T h e guide gave a lot of information of the places we would visit and food possibilities we may have wanted to try. All in all it was an enjoyable experience.

Amazing town. Incredible church architecture. Maybe they could drive around the city a bit to get the whole picture of Puebla, but there's lots of time to explore the historic city center.

The guide, pan, and the driver Humberto form a great team. Ian is very knowledgeable about history and arts in Mexico. Their fluency in English is outstanding. The church of O. L. Of the Remedies is q piece of world history. The church of Santa Maria Tonatzintla is a monument to the glory of God and a testament of the magnificent blending of Spanish and Mesoamerican indigenous cultures. Puebla is seigneurial, elegant and very warm. The collection of paintings in the cathedral are in great state of preservation. Not a pyramid tour

NOT seeing the pyramid of Cholula. This tour is about churches Which are opulent and beautiful. If you go expecting to see the pyramid, forget it.

Good but not great trip. Would recommend researching sites prior to visiting as the tour group is large and often hard to hear. Enjoyed extra time in Puebla but we weren’t given much time in Cholula so couldn’t enter pyramid.

Great expectations- disappointing results

Plus: bus was super comfortable and clean. Minus: the guide had not idea was he was doing, impossible to understand him in English and very confusing in Spanish. He was going back and forth between the two languages so impossible to follow him up. Times of leaving and returning was mare estimation, it took a lot to leave Mexico City and then the guide was not sure about where the bus was at.

Read the tripsdvisor review - have asked Viator for a full refund Mo condideration for clients/ everything from pickup and during the day was to suit convenience of the guide and driver - example, the so called largest church in Mexico was given no import - instead we were given sub/standard recommendations for lunch - we could have rented an Uber and seen more on our own for sure

Puebla and Cholula quick tour

The Places are amazing. The drivers Víctor and the guide Ruben were really good. But we saw nothing from Cholula except the beautiful Virgen de los Remedios church. The tour should at least include a city tour from the van. The same at Puebla we were Taken to the Catedral and left there to walk. I think the tour should take us to various Places anda then left us free.

We had a very nice time during the tour. The places we visited were nice, and they were on time during pick up time. Alicia (our tour guide) was super nice, she mentioned lots of interesting data about the places we visited, and she also let us stroll around on our own while giving us recommendations on which places to visit.

Puebla is a really nice town to visit, many beautiful buildings and markets. The only negative is that to get there was a bit long drive considering the traffic. But it is still worth it.
