I really had a great time on the tour. I recommend this tour to everyone who is in Mexico city for a short trip and wish to cover important historical sites. Indeed a great value for time and money.

An informative tour with breathtaking views

We started by meeting at the Palace of Bellas Artes which was a beautiful building to be waiting for our bus (which was nice and had good legroom) to arrive. We were greeted by two lovely ladies (Lulu and Diana). They boarded us on the bus, introduced themselves to the group (group size was around 25-30 people), and gave us a breakdown of the day. They broke the group up between the English speaking group who were paired with Diana and the Spanish speaking group who were paired with Lulu. Both guides speak Spanish and English interchangeably so everyone felt comfortable and at ease! They gave an informative explanation of each stop and it’s historical meaning and after giving us the tour, we were allowed to wander the site and given a time to meet at the designated meeting point. We had lunch at the middle of the day, right outside Teotihuacán and took part of the Tequila tasting! Not enough to get you drunk but enough to provide a happy little buzz going into lunch! The pyramids speak for themselves! Breathtaking and they drive you back to the meeting point at the Palace of Bellas Artes. If you guys are looking to book tours, Amigo Tours is where it’s at because we also booked a Frida Kahlo Tour and the guys in that tour did an awesome job!

Best excursion from Mexico city.

A nice trip with guides. We had two guides, one concentrating on Spanish speaking people and other, Rosa focusing English speaking people. Bus was full.A very leisurely travel. All attractions on the list are top sites for a Mexico city tour. All from our group enjoyed the tour. But beware, a climb into two tall pyramids at Teotihuacan is not easy, but challenging. Though most (almost all)people managed to climb up to top, but all became breathless while getting near the top. A good test of stamina, heart and feet. Those not ready to climb can enjoy the ambience and grandeur of the site. Guadeloupe Shrine , Tequila tasting spot were very enjoyable. Had a nice meal, info on Aztec culture, good place for souvenir collection and a buffet lunch with folklore entertainment (had to pay for food). Thanks guides. Thanks Rosa

Tour was very interesting and well run. Was a great value for the money. The only negative was the buffet lunch, recommend ordering something instead.

Very long day out without much of a plan/agenda. The guide was okay. Her English wasn’t great and her knowledge was somewhat flakey. She was getting mixed up as was translating two languages. Didn’t take part in all of your and explain what could be seem from certain sites. Maps were given out at the end of the day.

We had been recommended to use Viator, so booked this tour and wasn't disappointed. Excellent value, and our tour guide was also excellent. Travelling in Mexico without Spanish can be a problem, especially with tours. Not so here. He spent time to explain everything in Spanish and English. His passion for the Mexican culture and history was apparent, and it made our trip special. Highly recommended.
Incredible Value and Knowledgeable Tour Guide

This tour was an excellent value. Three incredibly impressive and culturally crucial sights to Mexico's history and Alma, our English tour guide was so knowledgeable and authentic. We learned so much! The larger group was split up into two which was not too bad to maintain throughout the day. Our Spanish guide, Lulu, was sparky and cute on the bus ride. She also provided further facts during the trip to keep us entertained. I loved our guides and would highly recommend this option!!
Awesome tour!

The pyramids were so amazing and our tour guide Jose was so amazing and super informative. We did so much in one day and enjoyed the lunch that came with it. Lunch is later in the afternoon so it won’t hurt to pacl some snacks! Water and snacks are available to purchase at a shop before you go in as well.
Too much time in shops, not enough time on the pyramids

We were unable to see all the pyramids and adjacent buildings. The tour guide left us to roam on our own without a map or instructions only for an hour, which we were not expecting and we later found out we missed out on lot's of things we could have seen. The place is very busy and you'll need at least 2-3h to see it all properly and climb the pyramids. Adding insult, this was a full day tour and although there should have been enough time it was mostly spent faffing about as it was not well organised and wasting time in shops. Not recommended.
