A fantastic adventure and must see! The Pyramids and Shrine are soo amazing to see them in person. The guide was very helpful and informative during the tour. If your are up for a whole day of adventure this may be for you!
Excellent tour, Pablo and Zitlili were fun, very hospitable and knowledgeable, no minute wasted. The pyramids are amazing, I couldnt climb and reach the top, afraid of hights but my wife did and had too much fun. Got shots of mizcal and tequilla for free, on the house...the nice local restaurant served us good food, tried that local dish with cactus served in somewhat volcanic stone pot, poured with flaming tequilla..wow...very appetizing and tasted so good. Were treated so well and got first class service, for the price we paid, really worth it. Dont forget to tip Pablo and Zitlili, they made our vacation in mexico memorable, see u next year as we definitely comeback :
Well knowledged tour guide. Patiently waited several times for us as we were travelling with a 3 yr old.
She pushed our pram for us a couple of times and eve went out of her way to entertain our son on a playground whilst we were having lunch.
This tour doesnt rush you and allows the perfect amount of time to experience the locations visited.
Highly recommended as its worth paying that little bit extra than the cheaper tours.
We didnt feel as if we were cattle being hearded around.
Thank you very much for the experience allowing us to leave this beautiful country with nothing but happy memories.
Happy family from Australia.

The easiest way to get to see the pyramids at Teotihuacán, as well as the countryside, other Aztec ruins, silversmiths at work and the Shrine of Guadalupe is with a guide, a group and a van - and this tour meets all the criteria. Our tour guide, José, was wonderful - friendly, very informative and explained everything we visited and saw - in seamless bilingual English and Spanish. We had a group lunch outside of the national archaeological park at Teotihuacán, got to sample pulque and tequila in fact, we all did tequila shots three times during the day. You could easily go on your own, but you miss the explanations of the pyramids themselves, the people who lived there, their customs, even demonstrations of how the local plants are used for everything from paper to dye to sewing and fabric, to drinking and eating. The full day tour was excellent, and highly recommended.
On our way to the Shrine of Guadalupe, we stop to view another ancient Aztec ruin, then proceded to the Shrine of Guadalupe. Our tour guide was informative. Overall the Teotihuacan Pyramids were amazing. I did learn a lot of the historical culture on this trip. Worthwhile to include the extra payment for your lunch.
good tour and knowledgeable guide it also, include visiting silver factory and shop and BASILICA OF OUR LADY OF GUADALUPE.
Both sites are amazing and the tour was on time and the guide, Diana, was very helpful.
Guide Tomas was incredible - full of knowledge, passion and patience.
Fantastic, informative tour! The pyramids are incredible to climb on and take photos of. The Shrine was very interesting...lots of faithful people were there to see it, so you have to be ok with crowds. A great day!
A great tour! The pyramids and ruins were very impressive. Our guide Jose, was knowledgeable and friendly. The only annoying thing was waiting at multiple hotels for other tour guests who were late or no shows - not considerate.

Sorry for super delay in giving my review, viator : I love this tour and meet new friends as well. I climb the Sun Pyramids and Drink Tequila. And was able to visit Shrine of Guadalupe... Tour guide is very good. It is a safe journey back to my Hotel in Sheraton. Over all. Tour Package is worth it.
Fantastic tour! Highly recommend - everyone that visits Mexico City needs to see these pyramids. The rest of the tour was nice, but the pyramids were the highlight. I enjoyed the shopping excursion to visit Raphael at his shop. The church and excavations within in the city were an incredible sight as well. By the end of the trip, after lunch, I was ready to get back. While the stop at the agave and tequila farm were nice, I could have skipped that part! The Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe was a perfect crescendo to the tour! Loved the church, the history of the site. Our tour guide was incredible too - full of knowledge and information both on the way there and back.
This was great. The tour guide was very nice with the group and was very entertaining.
Very knowledgable tour guide, Francisco. He knew just about anything with the Pyramids and Shrine. He also took us to several other places along the way that was quite fun. Very small tour group of 10 people so felt personalised.
Only downside would be the tight fit minivan. If you're larger frame, you might not be too comfortable but I was fine.
The trip was really great - pick-up from hotel exactly as planned, then we visited some local traders as well as the planned itinerary - the pyramids are amazing, and the lunch was delicious! I would definitely recommend this as a way to visit as much as possible in a short trip!
Due to traffic congestion our guide stopped the car and took us back to our hotel by Metro - a great idea and he looked after us all the way!
This was a very good day, they were a little late on the pick up but called the hotel to say they were running late. Our guide did a great on the tour and Pyramids were great, The lunch was very good and Shrine was a nice stop.
everything was awesome while we join the Teotihuacan and Guadalupe tour, thank you
The tour guide was great with lot of patience. The place itself is majestic, and the guide show you tricks like echo points. Highly recommended.
